Using it right now as I write this! The over-ear design of the cups does a pretty solid job of blocking background sound, which could be a pro or a con depending on your situation. Good volume coming out of the drivers in the ear cups too, definitely not too quiet, haha. I'm pretty happy with them so far, a couple months down the road, I just hope they hold together longer than the Logitech G432 headset I had before. Twice. x.x

My Corsair HS60 needed replacing, and I was in the store and decided to pick up a new pair of headphones. I was looking for something completely USB, as my previous Corsair set had a detachable dongle adapter which eventually failed.I've never been disappointed with Razer products before, but the Kraken V3 X simply is not a good headset for the price. It's entirely plastic and it feels very flimsy. Upon trying to install it, it somehow removed all of my playback options in Windows 10. Do not buy these headphones. Although the mic quality is good and the headphones are comfortable and light, I cannot recommend this product on the basis of the cheap and frustrating rubber cord. Ever since it came out of the package, the cord has been curling in on itself and tangling making it frustrating to deal with. A part of the cord got so bent from it tangling and curling that the rubber broke and the wiring is exposed. Do not buy this product. However, I can recommend buying Razer headphones that have braided cord instead of rubber cord.

I first bought a pair of these headphones for myself to take my online classes with. They seemed like the best choice that were in stock at the store. They work great, so much that my 2 teenage sons asked for me to buy them each a pair for when they are gaming on the computer.They sound amazing. The mic is clear.Only problem was when first hooked up for some reason with all of them, there was a need to update drivers in windows a couple days after installing them. It made it seem like the head set actually broke but luckily my kids know all about pc’s
I got these to use at work and they work great! I can hear callers clearly, and they can hear me without all of the background noise from my co-workers. I've used them for a week now and they are comfortable to wear through an entire shift.It was a simple plug-and-play setup, also the sides lite up and the color rotates, which is pretty neat I think. For the price, I do not think I could have done any better, I am very pleased with the purchase!
I've had these headphones for about a month now. I'd 100% rate these a 5 star. It's feels great to use. The mute feature is very useful, and it has rgb. My one issue with this product is how Best Buy has put "Retractable mic". I bought this product expecting a mic that can retract into the headphones. The only way you can "retract" it is to flex it upwards so it can be somewhat moved out of the way. This isn't that big of a deal, but I'm just disappointed when I find out that the mic wasn't retractable like it said in the "More Information" section in Best Buy's webpage for the product.

Although I’m not much of a gamer, I can use them for gaming on the rare occasions I do. I can also use them when on my laptop for movies or my shows! They are very comfortable and adjustable so long wearing has no affect on my ears. The cushion that is provided is fantastic. They also helps to block out some extra sound going on around you, which is amazing. They doesn’t get as loud as I was hoping and doesn’t have great bass, but overal really good quality.
