Works exactly as indicated. I needed to plug a second monitor and some other USB3 devices into my MacBook Pro. I tried other, less expensive solutions but always had difficulties with my monitors. This docking port solved them all. Well worth the month.

The unit itself works fine, and does everything it needs to out-of-the-box.Considering that one of the reasons I purchased this unit was to reduce desk clutter, my only gripe is that both the audio and thunderbolt inputs are on the front of the device.Even though I knew this when buying the product, I didn't anticipate it being as mildly annoying as it is. I'm going to end up mounting this unit under my desk to remove the clutter.
