Not yet used, but they seem very sturdy for their intended age and weight limits. Everything locks into place and fits together very well. I appreciate the metal brake as opposed to the plastic brakes some others come with. It was a selling point for me. The price can't be beat for a product from a reputable company like Razor who are known for good quality. I also ordered some Kamugo helmets and pads from Walmart and I'm excited to get the kids on the scooters once it all comes in

Love Razor scooters! We have had one of these scooters for each of our children and they easily last forever! The scooter is sturdy and easy to use. Replacement wheels and handle covers can be purchased online at a reasonable price. We bought this one for our 3 year old, but we have an 11 year old who still frequently uses one. Best scooter out there and definitely worth the price.

These scooters are just as good as when they first came out in 2000. It was my all time favorite scooter as a kid and now both of my boys own one each. They’ve spent the last few weeks scooting around parks, sidewalks, and streets, enjoying the gliding sensation that only a scooter can provide. Definitely recommend buying this scooter. OH and they’re cheaper now than ever before! These used to be $100 each in 2000 and now they’re around $50ish? Get one today and don’t delay. One thing to know though. This is a good size for kids. I wouldn’t get this specific scooter for an adult. Not enough foot space on the platform.

I bought this scooter as a last minute gift for my daughter and son. They didn’t ask for one, but I was running out of time and they always looked fun. It turns out this was their favorite present and they keep asking to ride it around the house. No assembly required. Folds up nicely. Easy to change height. Goes super fast.
It is so wobbly and hard to balance compared to the micro maxi 3 wheeled scooters. I got it for my daughter because at a point she thought two wheeled scooters were more fun and challenging. Both hands must be on the handles at all times! When I need to suddenly get off and lift it up (when I have to step up on the curb from a crosswalk) because the stepping board rotates 360 degrees it somehow always spins and hits my shin really hard. Another downside is that it doesn’t stand alone. You have to lay it down or balance it against the wall. Having said that, my daughter who’s been riding this since she was 8 is still enjoying it at age 9 and never complains anything about it. But at the end, it’s really not expensive, so I guess for the price, it’s a decent buy.
The kids at bgc really enjoy riding these scooters. They test them with the tracks they invented complete with 🛑 sign, no passing lanes and traffic police! They occasionally race around the school but rocks can be an issue so we discourage that until we clear a path. With the low prices we were able to purchase 8 which means more kids having more fun for longer times. Thanks Canadian Tire for keeping the kids wheeling around.
This is the scooter marketed towards those who don’t want to pay much, thinking this will serve as an adequate beginner scooter for kids. Beware that the small wheels actually make it much harder for kids to learn and balance on. The board is so small that even my seven year old can’t cram his feet reasonably on it, so using the back break is a tricky endeavor. All in all, it’s the illusion of a good scooter for cheap that you’re buying. A good scooter costs more than this and delivers more.
The original Model A Razor scooter from the year 2000. Deluxe Edition. With the original carry strap and front shocks. 22 years old. Originally cost $120 back then which was alot of money. Has lasted me all of these years. It is a bit difficult to ride with the narrow wheels and the handle bars move back and forth due to the flex in the front shocks. Have to be careful when riding over a crack.
this scooter is very compact and my 5 yo daughter was able to use it easily. Fold and unfolding it are not very simple, but once you get the hang of it, it is fine. It is slightly heavier than the micro scooters, but the quality seems better. Overall recommend for a child who has outgrown the 3 wheel scooter
i used to have one back when these first came out and now bought one for my son. the metal is a lot cheaper quality than it used to be and feels like itll dent easily if its dropped. the original ones were really good steel and altho heavy, they were durable as heck. i dont see this lasting very long but as with everything made these days, nothing is meant to last long.
