These organic corn thins are so much better than rice cakes! Each thin disc is low calorie and provides the perfect crispy corn flavor to satisfy your cravings. Delicious with any topping, my favorites are hummus and sauerkraut or as a treat with homemade vegan butter. They will satisfy your need to crunch and taste great plain too. On a recent trip to Myanmar, I was thrilled to find them in a local store. They aren't always easy to find in the USA and Vitacost has them for best price I've found. I always have at least 3 packages in my cupboard.

These Corn Thins have a crisp, tasty flavor that come in handy on my "corn day" part of my schedule. I enjoy them with cheese slices as well as almond butter or sunflower seed butter. I love these! I use them like bread. I’ve had delicious sandwiches with these crisps! I also snack on them when I’m craving a crunchy snack.

I use these corn thins instead of bread for sandwiches and in the place of toast topped with anything from hummus, cream cheese, peanut butter, jelly, avocado and it tastes great "naked" too. It is low in calories and fat, it is a whole grain and has just enough crunch and chew. I like Real Foods Organic Corn Thins in original and the Flax and Soy version more than rice cakes. These corn thins are considerably more flavorful, having a nutty taste without an overpowering corn chip taste. I ordered more! They are priced reasonably, even better on Vitacost, (and I purchased them on sale!)
Wow, these are fantastic! It's organic air popped popcorn pressed into a thin cake. Nothing but organic corn and a bit of sea salt. They are so good topped with hummus and thin sliced cucumber or peanut butter and banana. All kinds of other ways you can eat these. They don't fall apart easily either. These are even better than eating popcorn. You have the benefit of tasty popped corn without much of those nasty hulls that get caught between your teeth. So glad I discovered these tasty corn snacks. I love them so much I eat them straight out of the bag without anything on them!
Since I went gluten free a few years ago, I've been on the look out for crackers that I could eat without getting sick. These are delicious, not high in calories and definitely fit the bill. I order them in bulk, use them for tuna melt open faced sandwiches, veggie burgers or for dips.
They keep for a really long time & still taste good. I use these in place of bread. You can top them with anything & what a great staple to have on hand. Hope they never stop making them & organic also.
