One of my favorite brush cleaners! Doesn’t have fragrance or weird essential oils which is definitely something I look for when it come to cleaning my makeup brushes! Using this cleaner for my brushes has cause irritation to my skin or broke me out which is really good! Cleanses my brushes really thoroughly and fast too!

I always have some of this on hand for those hard to clean brushes and sponges. Like the foundation and concealer brushes. This breaks right through on those tough, cakes on tools with little effort. It also smells light and doesn't dry out your hands or brushes. 10 out of 10.

Bring the life back to my sponges!

My sponges feel like brand new after using this. It cleans so much old makeup out of them, and brings the bounce and color back to them. I haven't used this on my makeup brushes, but as far as sponges go I'd definitely give this a shot before going out and buying new sponges! I like to combine it with a little bit of shampoo as well.

Changed formula?? Disappointing

I used to use this all the time. I recently restocked, and the new formula is garbage. Though it does smell the same as the old formula, it does a terrible job. I washed my makeup brushes twice and still had so much makeup left in them. I am pretty diligent about washing my brushes so there's usually not that much buildup on them anyways, but this did an awful job of cleaning them. I had to go back a third time with a different soap to fully clean them.

Don't Waste Your Money

I was hopeful that this would work well because the RT brushes are amazing. First of all, when I got home the bottle cap had come lose from the bag just sitting on my front seat and 1/4 of the product had leaked all over everything else in the bag (including a 1oz $40 bottle of perfume, so that was nice). I couldn't get the product to clean off the bottle so that should have the first sign that this wasn't going to go well.The cleanser gets makeup out of my brushes fairly well. Sometimes it takes a little bit of work to get a real dirty brush clean (I blame myself for that) but my real complaint comes when it comes to rinsing. I can rinse my brush for *literally* a half an hour and never get the soap out of my brush. I'm not sure if this is because of the initial leak or if this is a normal issue with this product. I have rinsed the cap quite a few times and scrubbed the top of the bottle as well. The bottle sits up right on my shelf, away from kids and pets, and product leaks down the side all over the shelf. Even if I leave the bottle open to allow for air bubbles to work their way out of the top product still leaks out from under the rim of the cap. It's just horrible and messy and I'm honestly probably going to throw it away because it's causing more of a headache than it's worth.

I thought my makeup brushes where gonna need an exorcism

Nope turns out all it needed was this. I had to clean my makeup brushes for my Renaissance costume makeup, which is ironic because my brushes looked like they had each been individually dragged through about 5 blocks of city streets during the Renaissance period. Not the cutesy television version either, but the real 'throw the camber pot out in the street because plumbing isn't a thing' version. This gel worked like a charm on my brushes, that to be honest, I thought I was going to have to throw away.TLDR:This works like magic on your brushes, I highly recommend it.

Incredibly Impressed

This product really defied expectations. I wasn't all together certain that this would work well if I'm being perfectly honest. However, I am insanely impressed.I do theater as a hobby, and after the most recent show, my brushes and sponges needed a serious clean. 7 days of heavy foundation, concealer, layers of powder, blush and bronzer, eyeshadow packed on, you get the point. I thought that the sponges were stained beyond saving, and the brushes would be permanently tinted the color of the products.Instead, after using the gel, I had brushes and sponges that were their original color. My powder brushes that were stained tan, brown and pink are back to their usual white, pink and brown. My purple sponge no longer has foundation stains. Made my brushes look brand new 😍 (and makeup bag)

I bought this on a whim to motivate myself to wash my brushes more often and it's the best thing I've ever done.My crusty dusty nasty 6 month old beauty blender looks brand new and my very dense foundation brush. Both had stains that I thought would never come out, as I tried to scrub them clean a few times with other products. It also was able to get the nasty foundation out of the middle of my brush, which I could never get when I cleaned it before.I had a very bad foundation stain on my makeup bag as well and this stuff was also able to get that out.I wouldn't be surprised if this could be used as an all-in-one makeup stain remover. This stuff is amazing. Smells awful

I spent a lot of time cleaning my makeup brushes with this. After getting about half way through i started noticing a very strong chemically smell. When i smelled this bottle i noticed how badly it reaks of chemicals. It was honestly making me light headed and sick to my stomach. Will just use dawn soap moving forward. Will be returning asap.

Works great!

I use this to clean my brushes and sponges. With a mat, it's so easy for me to clean. A little does go a long way and it's so affordable, low scent, and leaves my brushes looking brand new. Will never go back to using home made cleaners and I highly recommend this product. Best $7 I've spent
