The balloons were perfectly lovely - and, impressive! For a friend's 70th BD that we could not attend, we had them delivered to the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant did a beautiful job putting "balloon bouquets" on each table which looked terrific in a video we saw. Very festive. The only problem is that the gift card message from us was never presented to the guest of honor! He thought the balloons were part of the package he was paying for from the restaurant...through a series of calls and messages we were able to extend our best wishes after the fact. TAKEAWAY: Be sure the gift card message gets where it needs to be! Otherwise, this order was perfect.

I was very disappointed when this tank did not work properly for my brother in law's memorial gathering that I had for my 34 year old twin sister- now widow. After driving a few hours to a beautiful mountain top and writing messages on completely biodegradable balloon, we filled them with air only to find they don't float. They barely hovered over the ground, kinda rolling around everywhere instead of going to heaven. My sister was really disappointed. Instead, we drive back down the mountain and let the balloons get (painfully slowly) carried with the wind" through a canyon. Really ended up ruining the experience and thoughtful event I had planned.

DO NOT BUY 9 INCH BALLOONS!!! I thought I was doing myself a favor by buying online ahead of time for pickup. Nowhere on the listing does it say 9 inch balloons only float for 2 hours. Well, FYI, they only last 2 hours. When I went to pick them up they told me that and I was like "hmmmm well that's not gonna work since the party is tomorrow...". I had to exchange the balloons for larger ones that would last and wait over an hour because they were busy and then had to blow them all up. Not to mention then that all of the larger balloons wouldn't fit in my car then and I had to call a second person to come help me because I wasn't expecting a larger size.

Most of the balloons I ordered were under filled. I picked them up and went straight to Boulder City for our event. Many of the balloons were sagging. The coating material inside contributed to this affect especially since the balloons weren't filled completely with helium. Very frustrating! Also, balloons were not ready on time despite receiving a text. I had to wander around the store for about an hour.

If I had known these balloons would've held the air as well and as long as they did, I would have blown it up a week in advance! 3 weeks later I'm popping balloons in order to finally deflate them and take my garland down. It was perfect because we celebrated a birthday and a week later Halloween. I purchased multiple sizes, 12 inch, 9 inch and 5 inch, in multiple colors, black, purple, green and orange. All my balloons where overfilled. And I noticed it right away when I picked them up. I told the person that handed it to me. She said they weren't. But you can tell con the pear shape they had. It was noticeable they were overfilled. I don't often by balloons filled but when I had they never look like that and they pretty much last. This popped walking to my suv. In my SUV. By the time I got home 15 of them had popped and the rest of them popped in the party. By the end I feel the celebration only 2 were left. In was a dinner party. Indoor
I would give zero stars if I can. The balloons were delivered to my school on Friday at 10am and on Saturday morning they were half deflated and not able to float for our event (shrinking 50%). They were stored in a cool, dark room over night, so this shouldn't have been an issue.When I called Party City, they told me that in order for them to have stayed inflated for 24-48 hours, that they would have needed something else which isn't stated or offered on their website. Her follow up response to me is that "it is what it is".Over $120 in balloons that last for only 8 - 10 hours...such a rip off. They must use the cheapest latex balloons and then charge top dollar! I will never be using Party City again.
Nice size for baby shower tables... two per table; one anchored on each end of the table. Paired with clear confetti balloons on a mantel nearby. The high-float helium lasted throughout the day easily. Picked them up in the pouring rain and they were still fine. I also paired one with 12-in balloons on a welcome sign.
I was honestly really disappointed. I purchased a set of 20 balloons online for my young brother's funeral because his favorite movie was Disney's "Up". There was no indication that the balloons were mini aside from their "inches" being listed. It was a shock when I went to pick them up and found them to be a small bouquet of balloons. This was my own error but it would have been nice if they had been listed as mini balloons.The part that was more frustrating was that I had requested an arrangement and the balloons were arranged terribly with some way higher than others with large gaps between. It was a rainbow set of 5 colors and yet the majority were yellow and there was only one of many colors. These were mixed with teal latex balloons, supposed to be split into 3 groups. While the balloons themself were wonderful...5 stars for the balloons.... the strings of the 3 groups were taped with clear tape partway up the strings, in the store's attempt to keep each grouping separate...but that didn't work. The balloons entangled above the tape, and the tape made it MORE difficult to separate the group. I attempted to remove the tape, but was unsuccessful, and the tape was too high up to just cut the strings!
