My sister is a hairdresser and recommended this. I had been using label M and it just wasn’t doing anything for my hair. This is so thick and creamy. The shampoo feels like a conditioner, but lathers up nicely. I have definitely noticed a difference since using this. My hair is shinier, more hydrated and it smells lovely
