So as someone who is a frequent bleacher of the hair, I have definitely done some damage to my hair. Redken has an entire line of Extreme which helps super damaged hair either from highlights or heat damage and this anti snap is incredible. I use it after the shampoo and conditioner as my leave in step and it’s enough slip to help detangle my curls. I do notice my hairs strength has improved since using this and I have repurchased three times. Obviously you need to trim the stuff that’s too far gone but this really did help my hair bounce back to an extent

I will say though, this gem has definitely brought out more of my natural hair then anything ever has, meaning that my waves are easier to appear. I use this about two to three times a week, basically after every shampoo, and condition. I towl dry for a few moments, to get the excess out, then I use about 1, to 2 pumps, sometimes 3, or 4 depending, and I try my best to equal it out through my hair. But, I make sure to save a pump for my ends, which I do last, so I can make sure to give them special attention, since they are still slightly damaged. If you've bleached recently, get this! If you wear tight buns alot, get this!! If you use heat products on your hair, get this!! It also smells good!! And if you use about a pump, or two, or three every time, it will last. I think the one I'm currently using has lasted me about 6 or so months now? Maybe more, but I have shorter hair. I'm sorry this review is so long, I also want to mention that someone on here mentioned it helps with hair loss, I had completely forgot about that, as I realize, since I started using this, I have seen less hair loss, although I still lose quite a bit, but the amount is definitely less.

Amazing Product !!

I purchased products from the Extreme line yesterday, as I have fine, chemically treated, brittle hair that's in recovery. The anti-snao spray leave in conditioner is amazing. Typically I had been dealing with tangles.. tangles before shampoo, tangles after conditioning and tangles every morning straight out of bed. LOVE!! Used this after using the Blondage System it helped with breakage and made my fragile blonde hair soft, strong and shiny! I have tried everything from bonding systems to masks. I have never made a review for a product ever but I had to because I love this and I actually think it works. I have really fine medium thickness hair with dry ends and greasy roots (I wash it everyday) and I have used olaplex for years. I am trying to grow out my medium length hair from endless botched balayages over the past 2 years and with the combination of olaplex number 6 right after I have towel dried my hair and this sprayed all over the top through mid length and ends, my hair is finally feeling healthier and is so glossy when I blow dry it. I seriously think this anti snap treatment is the only reason my hair is feeling healthier and I couldn’t recommend more

Lupus Hair

I started to get my dark hair highlighted last year as I wanted to blend in my grey hair i probably had it done 4 times. I didn't know at the time I had lupus. I started to notice breakage and stop with the highlights. I now know that although bleach is not great my hair is affected by Lupus. I spoke to a lookfantastic team member and they were so helpful and recommended a number of products. I have been using this trio for the last month and I can see such a difference in my hair. Where my hair is course especially at the root I spray the antisnap treatment and it transformed my hair leaving it soft with less breakage. So it works with the highlights but more importantly the lupus. I am also able to have highlights maybe twice a year.

Needs to be mixed with a moisturizing product

Headline says it all. This alone isn't enough for me personally. My hair is prone to breaking so I have to make sure I mix this with a moisturizing leave in. Ive used this for years and will probably always go back to it when i feel like my hair is in need of protien. This product would be my HG if it had more moisture to it. I like to spray this into my hair and brush through and then add olaplex 6 to my ends. I do like that this product does not weigh my hair down. It's a very light weight leave in and it does its job.

Terrible smell

Bought this product in November for black Friday. I have been using it since, and it's really not great. I use in joint with a nym leave in conditioner, and curling jell. I was hoping it would help save my curls from the winter, but I'm seeing no difference. After reading some newer reviews, I'm grateful that I'm not seeing any damage. My hair overall feels unchanged after using it for a month. The smell is the worst!!!!! Think of metallic bubblegum. Absolutely terrible. However, once my hair is dry the smell leaves for the most part. I air dry my hair, so this takes a while. If I'm leaving the house after a shower, I don't use it because I'm worried people will smell the rancid bubblegum.
