I normally don't leave reviews but this product is so great I had to. I'd been struggling with flat hair recently and was trying everything to try to get it back to life. After one use of this my hair has 10x more volume and is so soft! I was worried that clarifying shampoos would strip my hair leaving it dry but not this! Also the smell is amazing. Smells like oranges. I'm a huge fan and if you are thinking about using a clarifying shampoo I definitely recommend using this product!

I'm quick to buy something cheap because nothing works in my hair by I am BeYOnD happy to spend every last dollar on this shampoo! and the conditioners as well.

I was having issues with a bad supply of shampoos. It was making my head itchy. I couldn't figure it out until I used this shampoo. I bought this shampoo at the recommendation of my hair stylist. I went ahead and bought it. The smell alone was glorious. In fact, I wish I could bottle the smell for perfume. I would love a conditioner for this shampoo too. I used this daily, although not supposed to, in order to help my hair. It helped so much! I finally got my hair back to normal and to a point of not needing to wash it daily. I highly recommend.

My hair was frizzy, dry, and limp no matter what I did. My stylist finally said, "Let's just go back to basics. The first thing she recommended we start with was this clarifier. I was nervous, but I trust my stylist even though I don't use much product on my hair ever anymore. This stuff WORKS! My scalp and hair are clean and I love it. My silvers were not adversely affected either which happens with many products on me. Thsi one will be my once a week clarifier from now on and the others will be eliminated. I have nearly black, waist length, thick European hair. It gets oily and I regularly use heavy conditioner to keep it soft and smooth. Well that can build up and make my hair have static, heavy and get dull after a while. Whenever I use this my hair is smooth, clean, static free, and very shiny. I do use a deep conditioner mask after using this in place of my regular one to help add the moisture back in because obviously you are stripping your hair to an extent using it. But overall this is a great product and one of the only that I found to meet my needs.
I have long, fine virgin blonde hair with oily roots and dry ends. I really wanted to love this product, but I can't say I'm impressed. Isome minor things about this product: it doesn't really lather up until you do a second application, and it's very runny out of the bottle. Those things I can look past, but even despite doing a double cleanse with this, my hair didn't feel "light". It felt like there was still something weighing it down and it got oily at the 24hr mark. I'd keep looking for a different clarifying shampoo.
It's simultaneously the best and worst cleansing/clarifying shampoo I've ever used. I have dry scalp and occasional eczema. I have very long, color treated, porous hair that I wash my hair once a week. The first two times the shampoo removed a lot of buildup, dandruff, and helped clear my eczema. I used the shampoo only on my scalp but as I rinse it off it gets on the rest of my hair. After the 3 use, I notice my hair would get extremely tangled and dry. The knots were so bad it hurt trying to get them out. I have to used 3 times as much conditioner to help combat the dryness. I think I'm still going to use the shampoo once a month and get another shampoo to use for my weekly hair washes. For such a runny shampoo, it really shouldn't be in an upside down capped squeeze bottle. If it's been standing the"correct" way, as soon as I click the cap open it's running all over my shower if I'm not really thinking about it. I store it "upside down" so that the black cap is facing up, and luckily my shower toiletries holder allows this easily, but it would be annoying if it didn't. Also the lid doesn't click fully closed without some effort, especially if there is ANY product in the hole. I think I'd prefer a different product because it's not worth spending that kind of money to watch it go down the drain due to design flaws.

I just have to find a better shampoo and conditioner for in between clarifying and hope it eventually balances out my scalp again. This shampoo is strong so once a week is definitely the maximum frequency. I hope this helps someone!
