I ordered a pair of trainers on line for collection. After placing the order I was told that the trainers would only be available in 3-5 dats- too late for me as I was going abroad. I sent SD an on line message stating this and that the trainers should be returned directly from the store to the warehouse, and the cost refunded. No reply, no acknowledgment, nothing from SF. The shoes are probably dtikl sitting in the shop as zi have yet to return to the Uk.
Have order Reebok White Trainers Mens but single trainer are faulty colour of full white on right foot and full yellowish on left foot. Took it back and never get full refund. I will never order again from SportDirect. POOR SERVICE !!!!

I was requested to purchase a smart white training shoe for the physical training staff on the establishment and these where the ones that they said. I have issued them to the staff and they are extremely happy with them. So much so that they have asked if I can get more of the same when they have new staff join.
