You sent me an email confirming the order and also sent me a tracking number showing it was posted. You then sent me an email saying the parcel had been returned to sender because of a damaged box and asked if I wanted it reshipped or a refund. I replied saying I wanted it reshipped. You then sent another email saying because I didn't reply in time they're to be refunded. I replied with 3 minutes of the email. I sent another email saying that I didn't want the refund I wanted the shoes and you replied saying that they had already been sold to someone else and there was nothing you could do. So overall pretty disappointing
