It’s been 19 days since our order was placed with EXPEDITED SHIPPING, and our order has not arrived. Cannot reach a live person for customer service. Our only response has been through their chat function and all they keep telling us is that there are “carrier delays”, and they can’t do anything about it. FedEx does not show that our package is on its way. All they show is a label has been made, and PacSun says they have no way to show where it is. We keep getting the runaround and, meanwhile, my son’s birthday present is nowhere to be found. First and LAST order from PacSun.

I bought size 37 as I am usally. I also checked in advabce if the Reebok sized are tru to size and they are definitely much smaller. Would probably fit 36, but definitely not 37.
