Believe it or not, there's a training shoe you can actually run in. Meet the Nano X3 training shoes with the all new Lift and Run Chassis system. A dome-shaped heel piece compresses under load when lifting to create a stable platform, then softens when you push off to run. It all rides on award-winning Floatride Energy Foam that gives you lightweight cushioning to make that run the easiest part of the workout.

This is a great show for CrossFit! It is light for running and has good support for medium to heavy lighting. I get a lot of comments on the two color patterns and everyone likes getting done likes. Also drys quickly when wet#sweepstakes

Cute style, but they definitely have a more snug toebox than previous versions. However the worst part is the hard plastic lace guards. They cut into the top of my big toe joint and left bruising and tenderness. For the price, I expected a much more comfortable and reliable shoe. I can't even wear these to walk around in, much less work out in.

If you are a fan of reebok nano x2. The updated upper lace area of the x3 has improved, for rope climb.X3 is a bit stiffer and heavier than x2. Which is good for lifts and stability. Running you lose a bit of cushion. I also chose x3 over x4 due to the narrowing x4 toe box.

This shoe offers good support for weight training, burpees and other calisthenics. The fit is good and although I usually need a wide shoe to accommodate my forefoot, these fit me well. It might be too wide if someone has a narrow foot. It is adequate for wind sprints and sled pushes, but too firm for jogging (necessary if it is to offer a stable platform for lifting).
I went from the Nines to these and noticed a significant difference. The heel is more prominent and the foot of the shoe is more narrow. I have yet to run in these, so I can provide an adequate assessment of how they perform outside. However, they are a great indoor shoe.
I was so hesitant to purchase these because I love my nanos from past years. I had a few pairs that I would rotate and they just fit so well. Seeing the new style really made me question whether or not they would fit the same and feel as good. I was intrigued by the added running benefit and I was not disappointed! These fit in all the right places and are so comfortable to get me from race day training to lifting to cardio at the gym. Truly the best cross trainer I ever purchased
These are the ultimate cross training shoes. I have used the X2's for years but found problems with running. As soon as the X3 came to market I immediately bought a pair and they are by far the best cross training shoes I have ever worn. Perfect for HIT workouts>
Have always worn Nanos and recently went with the 3s. Probably should have waited for the 4s. Much stiffer than previous versions, even after 4 weeks. The arch in this model is extraordinarily uncomfortable and nothing like the older versions. If you are expecting the usual comfort found in the old Nanos, you will be disappointed.
Great shoe. I have wide feet and I got this shoe after reading reviews that they were wide and with a decent toe box. Can not even fit my foot in a metcon. I wear them to the gym everyday. Got my first pair about 6 months ago. Very comfortable shoe. I squat, bench and deadlift in them. Raised heel helps. The shoes is also very comfortable while doing cardio and as an everyday walking shoe. The heel is very stable during heavy lifts. Bought my wife a pair also. Highly recommend.
This is my fifth pair of Nanos. The toe box isn't too wide or too narrow. You can utilize them for anything. Perfect for heavy lifts, conditioning, or short runs. Most shoe material on the tops of the shoe will break down with wear which allows your foot to slide around. Nanos don't do that. I use a lot of lateral movement and stops and these shoes support that movement. I will continue to buy Nanos as long as they don't mess with the formula!
