40 years in public safety. These are the best duty boots I've ever worn. I'm only sorry I didn't discover them sooner. This is my third pair. If I'm not retired in 5 years I'll order another pair. Super comfortable right out of the box. I have flat feet and plantar fasciitis. After a 12 hour shift my feet feel great most days.

This makes the third pair of these I’ve had, the first pair I wore five years, and I wore them to the bones. The second pair I wore for five years before the stitches started coming out on the toe. This pair has a hole in the toe because I’ve been using it to lift parts at work. I could still wear them. They’re just gonna be a good pair of yard boots now. I don’t understand what everybody’s complaining about. They’ve been great boots for me and I put them through heck. I wouldn’t buy anything else.

I have had these for 2 years wore every single day and rode motorcycle almost every day with these boots Very easy to put on and off and with a small insole insert very comfortable these boots will feel like sneakers in a few days of breaking in . The only complaint is bottom of boot came off on both of them this is why im getting new ones it took 2 years but honestly boots should last 3-5 years but i am hard on my boots likeI said i ride motorcycles and dirt bikes and quads with these boots. I am using a diffrent pair from another company while i wait for these to arrive and I cant wait for my reebox boots to get here already

I have owned 6 pairs of the Reebok Side Zip work boots. They are good but used to be great. Now made in Vietnam. The previous boots were made in China & were more comfortable. The sole has a noticeably harder formula. I still like these, but wish for the prior formula.
I work in construction and it took me a few years to find boots that are comfortable and durable for daily use. I also use them for hiking, shooting, etc. I'm on my second pair, the last pair lasted me about nine months of daily use. I hiked 20 miles in a day in these boots with no discomfort. I wear a size 12 wide. I plan on ordering these again.
This is my 3rd pair of these boots over the past 4 years. I work aboard ships in engine rooms and these boots take a beating- covered in oil, walk ~7 miles a day, climbing, stuff getting dropped on them, etc. They last a while and even more important they are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. Seriously it's like I'm wearing sneakers. Feet stay pretty cool too, much better than other boots I've worn. Previous pairs had worse slip resistance but I think Reebok has rectified the issue because I haven't had any issues at all with my current pair. I absolutely recommend these as work boots.
Best boots EVER. I have been buying these boots and wearing them daily for last 10 years. Due to severe ankle injuries I have to wear a high top boot pretty much all the time just to walk. I have bought many other more expensive boots and none are better. These used to be made by another well-known shoe Co. and when they quit making them I was heartbroken. Then I saw that Reebok had taken over the boot design and thank G_d they didn't change the design.Only thing to be aware of is the break-in period can be a bit uncomfortable. And if Reebok is listening, just lower the height of the heel support that wraps around the inside of the boot about 1cm and there will be no need to break them in at all. My kids call them my magic boots cause I walk nearly perfect when wearing them and hobble terribly in any other shoe/boot.
This is my 4th or 5th pair of this model. 1 pair every 1-2 years. Extremely comfortable boots. Safe. Snow, sand, heavy industrial environment. High quality. Heavy duty. I can always count on them. Saved my ankle from unexpected twist many times.Highly recommend for very active persons.Best boots I have ever owned.
I really want to like these boot. The boots hurt my feet from day one. I know sometimes it takes time to break them in but they felt comfortable. I even stop wearing for couple of months see if that made a difference but still same results. I love the other Reebok work boots I bought, and thought these would have the same comforter with no luck.
First pair I got was at the PX in Baghdad 2006. They were on clearance because they had side zippers and apparently were not fire resistant. But their lightweight, highly breathable, extremely flexible construction was ideal for that environment. Next set I took to Afghanistan 2009 and 2010. Next set after that 2nd tour of Afghanistan 2013. Zippers hold up well, tough duty boot. Actually ran and did MWR sports in them instead of sneakers.And then.....Having had three different manufacturers produce them over the years, you'd thought they would have addressed the 'not fire resistant ' part. I'm sorry to say,...this boots failing is, if exposed to a source of ignition,... they don't melt, they burn.But, I am wearing the replacement pair as I'm writing this.
