Adding to the list of frustrated customers who were sent the wrong size of this shoe! Accidents happen, but I’m so bummed. Was sent a 5.5 when I actually ordered a size 7. If I had to speculate, the size 7 is listed also as a 5.5m in the drop down box for sizing. I do love the shoe style though.

These shoes were for my daughter for an event. They are great shoes, 90s cheer shoe vibe-so cute, but the pair we received had clearly been warn and returned. Dirty bottoms, one lace was dirty, crease mark. It was going to happen the second my daughter wore them, and we didn’t have time to exchange so we kept them, but disappointed in the lack of quality control by FP.

They were filled with hair when I received my shoes. It looked like a mixture of animal and human. They were used as well having all kinds of stuff on the bottom. So disgusting
I LOVE these shoes. I ordered both a 6.5 and 7 and could do either. I went with the 7 to have a little bit more room. They go with everything!! The red color is the perfect shade. It’s more of a faded red.
The seams look messy, and you can see the padding of the tennis shoe. The truth is, the quality is not good, I remember that the tennis shoes from that time had that bad stitching. Anyway its a look like.
I am so angry. The sneakere they sent looks nothing like what I ordered. This sneakers is clearly Mint green while the website shows a kelly green stripe and kelly green inner lining. Not only did they not send me what I ordered but also told me that I can't get my discount code back because it is a one time use. It is not my fault that ypu all sent me the wrong item.What a bait and switch. I am returning everything that I bought.
Was the wrong color. All the reviews said they are the wrong color and I did not believe them. How is it possible after all the reviews say the same thing and FP doesn’t correct this????
Cute style. Correct color. I’m a solid 8.5 and these I d say I need a 7. Very disappointed that the sizing is so off. I’ll be returning. I could tell how big they are just taking it out of the box let alone my foot swimming in it. Ugh. I’m so annoyed. I was so looking forward to wearing these.
Well, shame on me for not reading all of the reviews before purchasing. I was sent the wrong color as well. This is the second time this has happened to me with free people shoes. I wanted the Kelley green, and Wash sent a light mint green and the wrong sizeCustomer service was quick to help but they said they have to put me on a waiting list for the shoes to send the correct color! I’m praying that they actually send the correct color the 2nd time but some of the other reviews cause doubt.
