Bought this in November, so only 3-4 months old and its broken, first the loops to secure the strap broke in January and now the strap itself has broken, I've been too busy to complain about it so made do with it but now I can't even wear itIt also started causing a bit of irritaion to my skin but not sure why.Its not the best quality and I wouldn't buy another one. Most of the features are just basic, but I guess it's not the most expensive range. The battery life on it was good though and the design is pretty.

This is my first smart watch, and I love it. It looks nice and has a long battery life. I've had it almost a month and have only needed to charge it twice. The 'turn to wake up' function doesn't always respond, but that is easily remedied by pushing the side button to wake it. I have noticed the strap is starting to peel in small pieces too, but for the price I'm very happy with it.

I’ve had this watch for a couple of weeks and I don’t like it at all. It looks nice enough but it doesn’t sync very well. The steps are nowhere close. It thinks it takes 248 steps to the other room. The heart rate is all over the place and it loses charge after 1 day. I wouldn’t recommend this watch at all.
Purchased as I was looking for a fairly sleek looking watch with large screen, to use when out running.The design and look of the watch is fairly pleasing. However the technology is very basic and poor quality. The screen is not very responsive to touch and refused to do anything other than scroll. Would not recommend.
It is not as easy to use as the Fitbit that Ì had and not able to connect it to my tablet. But it is useful because it has a better face than the Fitbit a clear time display and looks nice with summer clothes. Another fault is that it does not shoe calories for the whole day only for a walk. The Fitbit recorded all activity.

The quality is flimsy, and I can't see the strap lasting very long. The step and sleep data is inaccurate, the message notification is inaccurate as repeats messages you have already seen. There is no camera functionality, so not sure why it's mentioned nor why there is a camera option within the app (that, you guessed it, doesn't work). The 'report a problem/contact us' form within the app doesn't actually connect to a domain, therefore any contact will be lost in a black hole. I had to Google Reflex active contact details as the app does not hold them. Sadly the pulse readings are completely in accurate, i bought this to keep an eye on my pulse as i have a slow one. But this doesn’t read it properly at all. All readings are wrong as checked on my other devices. But i have found the watch handy with receiving messages as connected to my phone and for the price its handy for that . But for other things like sleep, walking i also find them rather inaccurate. I will be investing in a more accurate smart watch when i have the money. My friend has a very good one. So will just save. But this is handy for now.
I wanted an affordable little watch to wear to start tracking my steps. This watch is terrible. Sounds like tin. Feels like tin. I didn’t bother to turn it on and returned immediately.
My fitbit is on its way out but a new one is so expensive so thought I would try something cheaper. I'm gutted that I really can't get on with this. The 2 stars are for the appearance as the watch looks really feminine which fitbits are not. However, the clasp was really difficult to get the hang of. In terms of the functionality of the tracker it was really poor. It doesn't take into account your BMR on calories burned. I also was on a cross trained for half an hour and said I burned 10 calories. You also can't change the units of measurement. I am going to return it and just pay the extra for a new fitbit. You get what you pay for.
