It was packaged ok. It was packaged in a small box with only a piece of big bubble wrap wrapped around it. It had multiple. dents in the back (somewhat expected) and a few scratches in the front (also somewhat expected). What I didn’t expect was there to be 6 red/purple dots like someone grabbed the screen to hard with their fingers or something and internally damaged the color/screen. And now I don’t know how to go about getting it fixed. I’m super bummed this was all I wanted for my birthday. It works good but due too the annoying red spots I don’t even want to use it.

5 Star Description, “Scratch and Dent” truly means daily wear and tear showing on the back surface of an iPad used with no case. With a case, these marks aren’t noticeable. This is a USED iPad tho, so the battery health is not at 100% but that’s to be expected. Easily fixed with a decent charger and the habit of carrying the charger with you. This is the perfect iPad for note taking as it is supported by the first gen (and cheapest) Apple Pencil. My iPad came with a lightning cable and block. Perfect for Christmas. Thank you! Fake Apple Product, iPad 7th Generation delivered on May 8th, shut off, won’t charge or power on June 9th. Picked up for being serviced today June 12th, Apple Tech said “your iPad is bent and the hardware inside are aftermarket parts, it’s not an Apple product, don’t buy electronics from the same place you buy your eggs, get your money back Ma’am” I just messaged the seller today June 12 around 2:50pm. So let’s see how their customer service is and how they do with refunding and returning. Will be back to update. I am customer that gives credit to where credit is due. Hopefully I won’t experience the horror stories many have dealing with this company’s return and refund process.
Originally bought this tablet for husband to conduct business on it . First day that he opened the tablet was OK within a matter of two hours. The tablet was frozen. We tried shutting it off. The iPad would not power down because it was frozen. You couldn’t slide the power off button. So we left a tablet alone for a couple hours and came back. We was finally able to power down the tablet and turn it back on but ever since then we’ve been having problems with the touchscreen system itself and the tablet isn’t even that old. He just opened it on July 15, 2024. We tried contacting the seller, but we have not heard anything back.

Not a big deal really but it was a discrepancy. The second problem was that the supplied chargers didn't match. The "ice cubes" were of the micro USB design while the chords were of the older USB 2.0 design and did not fit. Now is where it gets stupid. When I called customer service I was told that I should drive the 60 miles (round trip) to my nearest Best Buy and they would exchange the "ice cubes." It would have cost me more in gasoline than it costs for the "ice cubes." Why didn't then just acknowledge their mistake and send me the proper "ice cubes"? This iPad 7 was received in excellent shape. The back and screen look brand new! BUT, the sensitivity of touching the screen in some areas is sketchy/intermittent! As well as the home button, there’s hardly “ANY” give/cushion underneath the button making it hard to push/dbl tap/turn on or off! The volume isn’t super loud. I do like some of the differences between my iPad 4 and the iPad 7 (my mistake bc, I thought I’d purchased the iPad Pro). Quality assurance nds to dbl ck touch sensitivity levels and push button depression ease before selling or sell for a lot less bc, it’s frustrating to keep tapping on something and have it not operate as expected!
Restored 2019 Apple iPad Wi Fi 32 GB Gold (7th Generation)(Refurbished)Charges has been an 1hr 35mins and it’s barely at %43, also the charger it came with does not work at all. I’ve been using a genuine apple charger with this device and it’s time. I have the exact iPad and that I bought brand new a year ago and it charges 4x fast at 93%, both at zero. So refurbished doesn’t work or count, might as well buy new. Very disappointed. And I got the iPad today. Oh it came in basic box with no name charger.
Don’t waste your money ! Seller sends out iPads that don’t work. The condition will look ok just a few scuffs or scratches but there’s definitely something internally wrong! The iPad I received takes 8 hours to charge fully and that’s only if you don’t use it. If you try to use while charging it dies or won’t move past 3%. It’s likely water damaged. On top of that the seller assumes no responsibility and will not help you. They tell you that you need to reach out to Walmart and Walmart tells you to reach out to them.
I got this iPad 9th generation for my daughter and she loves it. It take about 6 days to get here and it came with a charger and a charger box which is good but the iPad didn’t come in a box it came in a package that had plastic wrap on it so it was protect. I would highly recommend that you get this IPad from Best Buy because this is where I seen that it’s cheaper. And they also have another iPad 9th generation that comes open box which is another way to get a faster and for cheap. Because it is a older iPad it do take a while to change so i recommend you to get a fast charger my daughter use her charger for her iPhone 12 and It charges faster then to charge that they give you in the box. Overall she likes it I love it.
