I'm at that age that collagen has become a priority lol 🤠I have been actively looking and trying multiple brands to find my perfect fit. I recently finished this bottle of liquid collagen complex in the grape 🍇 flavor. This is meant to supplement for healthy hair, skin and nails with amino acid protein and biotin. I actually really love the flavor of this brand, it has a thinner consistency than NeoCell. It's exactly like comparing syrup and kool-aid respectively. I really can't say I had noticeable results but it this product does give me a sense of overall wellness and I will purchase again. I would recommend you give this a try especially if other liquid collagen products seem too heavy or syrup like.

I have been taking this for 2 months. I have terrible anxiety and one thing I struggle with has biting my nails extremely short, to the point where they're almost completely gone. My nails have been growing extremely fast since taking only one capsule a day. Also, my hair used to be severely damaged from over bleaching. It is now so much healthier! My acne has also almost completely cleared up. I cant believe how well these work! The one and only side effect that I've had since starting these is diarrhea. I havent had a solid stool since taking them. So I only take 1 a day.

Didn’t have any expectations. For around five bucks you’d think it was not the best product around. Let me tell you why you’d be wrong. After 6 days of taking it consistently after each meal, my skin improved, back pain reduced, started breathing better, and my hair stopped falling out. This is the ideal product for optimal health. I started mixing this with tart cherry juice (helps you to have the best sleep of your life iykyk!) and I 1. Slept like a baby, and 2. Noticed my hair and nails growing twice as fast as before! This is my second bottle, and I must say— the quality and composition of this formula are top tier!!You can take this at any age, and it provides visible and internal improvements in skin and hair health— in my opinion! Also, the taste is grape flavored so not too bad! I usually take a cork-full before brushing and heading to bed and it has done wonders for me. Try it out!!
the test is bad you should mixed with one cup orange juice. and drink it so fast. the smell is fishy because it's unflavored . and it hard to mixed it. the effect i noticed is my face looks more chuppy and my face hair grows more fast than before
