Very happy with my Remington Coconut Smooth Straightener. I have curly hair naturally, so after blow drying my hair, this product did exactly what it was supposed to and tamed my hair from frizz for the day!

Was so excited to trial the Remington Coconut Smooth Straightener, and OMG I was pleasantly surprised how good it really was. Buttons on the side for turning on/off and a + and - button to increase or decrease to the desired temperature your after. There are a number of temperature setting you can choose from, but I just went with the highest temp which is 230 degrees.The Remington Coconut Smooth Straightener easily glided over my thick wavy hair and did not snag at all. My hair was straight after passing the plates over my hair a couple of times per section. I did my whole head in no time! You can also curl with this straighter but I have never been great at this, so didn’t try.After straightening my hair it felt super smooth and looked amazing. There was minimal frizz too and my hair stayed straight all day. I actually had a few people comment how nice my hair looked. A great safety feature of this straightener is that it has a automatic shut off, after being on for 60 minutes. It also comes with a silky storage pouch.I really can’t fault the quality of this straightener. I’m really surprised that such a super affordable straightener can give me as good, if not better results then my other brand that was super expensive. I would totally recommend buying this product. LOVE my Remington Coconut Smooth Straightener.

This straightener is a lockdown saviour. It heats up very fast, you can lower the temperature if you have fine hair (like me) and it smoothes and straightened my hair in minutes.I was surprised at how easy it is to use and how good my hair looks.

I love this product, it heats up quickly and does such a good job. I have frizzy hair and this gave me smoothness and my hair also felt very soft afterwards and in very good condition. This is good value for money and it really is a product I can depend on. I love it!
Heats up fast and works well. Similar to my older model of the Remmington straightener but the rose pink makes me happier when I do my hair. Also great for doing loose curls!
Love the pastel pink! I’ve got an older black model of the straightener and they work similar but this one looks way more fun, so makes me feel good when I’m getting ready!
Great that it didn't take long to heat up. But as I have thick hair the thin plates didn't really suit my hair. It took longer than I'd like to spend on my hair compared to my old straightener. Features including temperature change are easy to use.

From the first pass of the hair straightener through my hair to the last pass the entire time my mind was blown.First things first I've never held a hair straightener that's so lightweight. It feels the same weight as my hair brush. It takes about 15 seconds to heat up to it's pre-set temperature of 190 degrees and then for my hair I like it to be on 230 so I just press the up button and that takes a further 10ish seconds to reach that temperature. So quite fast to heat up. It has a swivel cord and it also has a lock to lock the plates closed for storage. Plus, it comes with a little silky slip draw string bag to store it in. This would make the most perfect travel hair straightener. I still can't get over how light it is. You wont believe me unless you hold it for yourself. I also like that it has a matte texture which for me makes it easy to hold and my hand really grips to the material so there is no change of it slipping out of my hand.I love that it's very slim because I have thick frizzy hair so getting really close to the roots is a must for me. I found that I needed 1 pass through my hair to straighten it but then I did a further pass through my hair to perfect it and get it silky. It took me about 10 minutes maybe 12 from start to finish and I have quite a lot of hair.Results wise my hair was super sleek, frizz free, straight and very very shiny. And the results lasted. I didn't need to go over my hair at all.
I was very surprised with this straightener and achieved great styling results. It heated up very well and quickly. It made straightening very sleek . I think as it's not too heavy it helps achieve great results if styling by yourself. The colour is also pretty a light metallic pink and comes with a pouch. The only thing perhaps a heat mat inclusion would be handy to rest on . Overall great value, highly recommended.
Well done Remington!! A straightener that does what it says!Really enjoyed using the REMINGTON Coconut Smooth Straightener over the last month. Love the pink colour!It heats up quickly and makes my hair feel and look amazing. The size is comfortable to hold and the buttons are well placed.I have hair on the frizzy side and this smooths even without using any product to help.Want great hair?
