heats as fast as 10 seconds once turned on. hair gets stuck kapag nasa taas na ng plate pero this is a really good straightener. the handles stays cool kahit matagal ng gamit and its really smooth when used. the plates are really nice, hindi sya gritty. seller also sent photos before ship out.
