The length is adjusted using the knob on the machine. Very clever. The razor fits like butter into my hair thanks to the V3 engine. Zero jams and unnecessary stress. The battery is great and lasts up to 75 minutes of clipping. It is charged via the end of the micro USB cable which is a great thing. Full relax without having to worry about the wire. I definitely recommend it.

We've got through a few pairs of hair clippers since the beginning of lockdown. We've experienced different issues such as regular jams despite cleaning after each use, guards coming loose and some just dying all together.Weve used these for a few weeks now and done several haircuts with them. They are comfortable, and so far don't seem to overheat as quickly as others do. They cut well and don't seem to need repeatedly going over the same spot.It comes with enough guards to do most men's short cuts which was ideal for us. Can't fault them.

Having tried the new razor on both hair and beard this gets a big huge thumbs up, 10/10.So light to use and has a good grip system that makes it all so effortless.The blade guards are easy to put on and take off and easily functionable to adjust.The battery life is spot on, last as it says it does.My only downfall is that the guards are a bit flimsy, it could have been made a bit more sturdy, they come across a little light and could be easy to break if not carefully and perhaps a bag or a stand could have came along with them.But still overall I cannot fault them and still gets a well deserved 10/10 for the performance.Highly delighted
As a busy mum with 2 boys, I can't say enough how much work and energy this hair clipper has saved me. It's very easy to use. It's cordless and battery lasts very long which gives me plenty time to adjust and "negotiate" with boys in their hair cut sessions. It's comfortable and lightweight. Both my hubby and myself can use it without any drama. It has fantastic blades and cuts hair easily. Best of all it has an intuitive dial wheel which gives me more length options to choose from and more precision to achieve the look I want for my boys while doing haircut at home during lockdown. The bonus is it also comes with a micro fade hair and beard comb which is really handy for my hubby. In overall the whole family really enjoys using this hair clipper.
My wife scored the Remington Power X Series X5 hair clippers for me to try and I was not disappointed. I have an old pair of Remington clippers which I was using up til now, but the technology has hugely improved and I won't be going back. I've loved using them to cut my own hair, which is especially handy given we haven't been able to go to the hairdresser for months. Really handy that they are cordless, though you can also use them while charging with the cord. The lengths of the attachments are really precise. The unit is really easy to use. They look great and work great. Very, very happy!

There were a number of settings to choose from and I started with the longest cutting length first (0.1mm), to get an idea of the amount of hair length it would cut, and then on the second round, I changed the setting using the dial wheel, allowing a 1mm cut. You can also easily clip the sides to achieve a "fading" technique using one of the special combs. The clippers are cordless so you don't have a cord to worry about as you move around the head. The combs glide through the hair easily, and can be washed. The clippers can also be used on beards using the beard comb. I have been using the Remington hair clipper for a long time but this X5 power- clipper is one the best product so far, I can easily say. First of all, its quality is excellent and secondly, this machine is beautifully designed which helps to hold and very easy to use and thirdly its battery last longer. This lightweight cordless clipper comes with strong and sharp Japanese blades and an easily adjusted micro fade comb which gives you a very good cut, and finally, the best thing which I like most about this machine is that this vibrates significantly less as compared to others. Highly recommended and it really worth of money.
