I don’t care about all of the body compositions, I care about not loosing more weight. The app does give you a breakdown of your weight. I don’t really track all of the other aspects; body fat, skeletal weight, water weight. All I care about is not loosing weight. You can also create different profiles for your family members. I love this scale

I purchased the RENPHO Scale in October 2019. It is now Jan 2023. I absolutely love this scale, my whole family uses it to weigh themselves. Having the app track changes is what makes it even better. All you have to do is keep the app open on your profile when you step on it and it connects and updates your app. You can set goals and it will tell you how far you as from your goals. Glad I was able to add multiple users on the mobile app. It’s also light and easy to move anywhere.

This machine features a lot of things you need to know before start to loose weight. Know the basic of your body like pounds and more like bone density, water in your body, fat etc. Is incredible how technology can help you to have a better idea how to manage your goals. With this equipment is more than easy, the app is fantastic easy to use. Easy to store, not big, need handle with care because of the material. Quality is good. Nice impression, glass make it look expensive, and is not, the price is cheaper compare to other makes, and the results the same.

Love this scale. Very precise. No connection issues. Love the app function also and the rechargeable ability. It’s very well designed, lightweight and functional. The glass surface is so reflective and sturdy. I will recommend this scale for anyone. For household use or any other use.

No good. I just wasted my money.

It's not accurate. It's on level ground and calibrated, but it says the exact same thing every time and I know I'm not the weight it says. I weighed myself on 2 others and they're closer to each other not in the dot, but a couple pounds away vs this one 23 pounds over. Thankfully I'm not a scale freak or this would've made me CRAZY!! It's going on the trash and it's back to the drawing board. It's sad because I liked the app. The scale is just trash.

Our old scale was driving us nuts, It would vary +/- 3 pounds from measurement to measurement taken one after the other, I had to kick a button to turn it on and wait for it to zero, and then step on and hold still until I got a measurement, Since my whole family was interested in losing weight, we needed a better scale to track weight, The RENPHO smart scale at $24, was cheaper than a non smart glass scale bought locally. The scale is accurate and repeatable, Unlike the old scale that just presented a number when it was done, the RENPHO show the weight as it is measuring it, then a series of zeros as it is measuring body fat. I realize that the body fat and other parameters are not as accurate as if you had them professionally taken, but what is important is that they are repeatable, The RENPHO scale is excellent for tracking you progress as you modify your diet to control your weight. It is fairly light, but yet quite rugged. The instructions say to momentarily put weight on the scale and then wait for it to zero before stepping on. I have found no difference in weight, using this method, or just stepping on without watiting for the zero. I think the scale zeros after you step off, so it doesn't really matter. The Android phone app works great. I bring the app up every morning, step on the scale, done! It keeps history and shows you graphs of progress. Data can be downloaded, but Ihave not tried that feature. Overall I am very happy with this purchase!

This is my second Rhepho scale. Works great

I have had the same scale at my primary residence for over 1.5 years. Using the weight trending part of the app has helped me lose over 40 lbs. in that timeframe. I really enjoyed watching my % body fat come into Acceptable range (plus the % visceral fat.) My primary doctor was kind of shocked to see all this data available to him. I bought this new unit for our beach condo (so I don't have any excuses (for letting everything go south).

First let me say that out off the box this thing is dead even against both my doctor's scale as well as the fancy scale at my gym and it weighs me extremely consistently. You DO NOT need to do anything at all with Bluetooth or your cell phone. If all you want to know is your weight, simply charge up the scale and step on it. The scale is very small. It looks like a child's scale. However, I'm a 6'4" man and have no problem weighing myself. Hopefully they'll make it larger in the future though. Unfortunately you cannot use batteries with these scales. You must use a USB cord to charge them and the cord they give you is less than 3' long and does not cone with an electrical adapter to plug into a regular wall outlet. You simple have to plug it into a USB source.
