I was sent a defective product. The massage phase got stuck as the pressure increased and just kept clicking trying to dislodge itself. During the vibration mode, the plastic parts just vibrated against each other, causing an annoying rattling noise. The company refused to refund my purchase price and return shipping costs. They offered me a 15% restocking charge if I returned the item by paying for my own shipping.

This product is amazing. I have severe dry eyes and my doctor recommended hot compresses at bedtime. Someone told me about this and I knew I had to try it. My eyes feel so much better since using this.
