Ok so I'm on my second one because I thought they sent me one without the 2TB HDD by mistake. But that's not the case, so beware if you're thinking about ordering one of these. After the first one had no HDD, I called and agreed to order a second one and they did give me a discount for the inconvenience. However, now I have the second one and still no HDD, so I may just keep it and use whatever money they gave me as a discount to buy a cheap HDD. BTW, Ebay has them refurb'd with a HDD for $130.

It very good product, but not the best
I am a regular customer for Reolink. Highly recommend them and their products
This unit is perfect for CCTV systems that are integrated into a managed network. We are using a tplink Omada system.
