Quality metal construction. Easy to set up and use. True plug-n-play. Super sharp 12MP video recording. Great quality audio recording. 2-way (interactive) audio not as great, but still workable. I really like the optional siren and spotlight. The only true disappointment is that the NVR cannot be mounted in a standard 19-inch data rack. I upgraded the single 4TB HDD to two internal 6TB HDDs for a total of 12TB storage. Oh, yeah, and the software is the best. I have not had to use the NVR internal software yet. The NVR Web interace and the free Windows client software does it all! Haven't tried it on Android yet, but I'm sure it will be fine.
