Comes 80% assembled. Rest of bike is fairly easy to assemble with instructions provided.Very good buy for money. Suspension work pretty well so do the gears !

One rear wheel break pad was missing in the package. BigW didnt respond to my query.
I bought this bike today for my daughter. Overall it looks good for its price. The breaks are cheap and plastic and the front wheel was already slightly buckled straight out of the box. It is minor but disappointing none the less.

Was very happy with the colour size of the bike however I wasn’t impressed that it didn’t come with a stand. I was under the assumption that all bikes come with stands. Not happy Jan!
I purchased this bike on November 28th 2018 online, the product I received is the correct model, but the colour is not what is displayed in the picture. As of writing this: displayed is a purple bike, what I received was a dark red wine like colour instead. I cannot speak for the quality of the bike as of yet, instead of going through the hassle of returning the bike I've decided to put up with what I've got for now as at the end of the day it's still a good value bike. If your purchasing because you like the colour as I did just make sure they have updated their stock to the purple colour first.
Assembled bike as per instructions. Bell was broken. Front brakes on handle bar must be put in an awkward position as gears are in the way. Gears do not work properly even after getting them looked at by a professional which the comment was made it was unsafe to ride. Not happy as this was a birthday gift for our daugther and it has caused nothing but drama.
great bike. a bit heavy but expected for price. brakes are shocking. had to buy new ones as they came broken.
