I’ve had it for two years and have always had issues with it. Won’t lock on to nipples properly and now it seems a seal has gone in the handle/pump mechanism which is letting in air, therefore it won’t pump through. Don’t waste your money like I did.

Bought this two years ago. First one malfunctioned (wouldn’t release from nipple). Second one stopped pumping. Difficult to load - wasted one tube.Overall this gun cost me three tubes of grease to only get to use one. Two years in and it’s off to the landfill.

I see some poor reviews here but had none of the issues myself. The cartridge load was normal, though the spring is very strong so needs a fair amount of force to lock it back. Once done I loaded the cartridge, released the plunger, bled the air, tightened the thread and all was working after about 6-8 pumps. Time will tell if it lasts but so far it’s working perfectly.

I bought this grease gun years ago and its the best one I've owned by far. Easy to use and easy to reload, but once every 1/2 dozen reloads, you'll have to bleed the air out of the gun, and that's as simple as a walk in the park. Also, love the flexi hose it comes with, didn't know how I used one without it.
