I ordered my first Oral-B chargeable toothbrush and got these for it. I absolutely love them. They are big enough to wear to get my teeth clean and massage my gums at the same time tomorrow when I’m done brushing my mouth feels fantastic. Shipping was fast and I will definitely order these again.

Short summary - these work very well for cleaning teeth, but I recommend the Sensitive Clean heads that work as well and have a lower risk of gum damage. If you have no issues with gum loss and prefer a "medium" bristle, then these are an excellent choice.I've been using an Oral-B electric toothbrush for several years. I've used the Pro White (one pack), Floss Action (one pack), Precision Clean (these), and Sensitive Clean (for years) brush heads. Because of earlier gum loss, I've been using the Sensitive Clean heads for the vast majority of the time. The Pro White and Floss Action were uncomfortable for me to use, as they felt too abrasive on my gums. The Sensitive Clean are by far the most gentle and don't cause any discomfort, and these Precision Clean heads are pretty comfortable with only an occasional amount of small discomfort on my gums.I'd say that these are equivalent to a "medium" bristle in a manual brush, while the Sensitive Clean heads are a "soft" to "extra soft" bristle. Studies indicate, and (I just saw while writing this) Oral-B's own website states this, that firmer bristles do not clean teeth any better than soft bristles but that they can cause more cervical abrasion on the gums. It's not the type of bristle, but rather the type of brushing, that makes a brush effective. The beauty of the electric toothbrush is that it makes brushing properly far easier, so soft bristles can be very effective. Since I started using an Oral-B electric toothbrush with the Sensitive Clean heads, my dental hygienist spends most of the time just talking to me as there's not much for her to clean.I give these four stars because they are a high-quality product like the other Oral-B brush heads, and because they are overall pretty comfortable to use. I do "like" them, but I don't "love" them because they aren't as comfortable to me as the Sensitive Clean heads.

The heads do last quite a while with brushing 2-3 times a day. They come in different strengths and designs so everyone can find one that suits their needs. I like to buy mine in the larger boxes at Costco as they're cheaper there. It had timers for when to switch sides and a red light will come on if you're brushing too hard. Being rechargeable vs batteries is much more convenient

Okay so the brush heads from Oral-B are the best ones on the market. I live in Belgium and I have tried ones from Action, Albert Hein and Kruidvat because they are so much cheaper. But they are so bad omg, my lip gets like stuck on the brush when I brush and I start to bleed and stuff it’s really bad!! But Oral-B really needs to low their prices !!

Finding correct replacement parts too difficult
23 October 2021

I was pleased enough with my Oral-B cross action tooth brush that I purchased Oral-B Dual Clean replacement brush heads. Cross action was not listed as incompatible toothbrush. However, the replacement package came with a handle and no instructions on how to separate it from the brush heads. Cross action instructions on internet do not have handles. Also, my cross action handle cannot be removed. A wasted purchase and frustrating going around in circles why this replacement purchase does not work.

Not Good.
1 May 2024

The Deep Sweeps my dentist recommends and which I have been using for years seem to have been discontinued or at least no longer in stock anywhere. I figured this one might be a good replacement, but no. Wasted my money unfortunately. I have a large mouth but this head is ridiculous to use. The front head is all that can really be put in contact with your teeth, especially the back teeth. It does not do the job at all and is very oversized!
