Thanks for this beautiful discovery. My ears are really sensitive to the slightest sound, which makes it very difficult for me to sleep, and in addition my spouse uses a device for sleep apnea which makes a rather atrocious noise. I had already tried wearing foam plugs, but I could still hear. So I took the risk of ordering these and it's really a great discovery, FINALLY I manage to sleep well. I hear very little of the sounds around me, and if so, it doesn't hurt me to fall asleep, WHAT A NICE DISCOVERY. I do however hear my breathing and sounds coming from my mouth, but I know that you are working on a new product to fix this issue and I hope to try it soon. Thanks also to your team members, who I had to contact for help, and WOW, what a service!

Great quality! They were everything that I had hoped for and expected. I got these for my Quiets, so I can't say much about the strength of the Mutes. If you're trying to add an extra layer of sound reduction to Quiets, I can't say that they do much. But they do add a great pop of color to your Loops.My only complaint is that the Mint was a bit duller than depicted in the photos, but it was still colorful enough for me :)

I got the XS and XXS tips to replace old ones I had lost. I would love to see a combo pack for both of these ones together, but was happy I got both. The XXS tips are comfortable on my Experience Loop plugs, which I used at a multiday festival. I added the mute piece to the plugs while music was playing and it was a noticeable difference, and didn't impact the quality of sound. I also keep them in my purse for overstimulation when in public. The XS tips I have on my silicone Loop plugs, which help seal off more of the sound. I've also used them in the pool (with a decent amount of success, but not their intended use). Very happy with my Loop earplugs and tips!! Helps my ADHD brain a lot, and especially as I become more social in the world post-lockdown.

I've had Loop Quiet earplugs for about a year now and I am happy with them. They do a great job of blocking sounds and I love the way they look. I ordered this set of replacement ear tips since my previous ones tore after a year of use, which I think is quite reasonable.I only wish the shipping process had gone more smoothly. It took about a month for my order to get to me in Canada, and there wasn't much helpful communication from Loop explaining the reason for the delay. I am honestly reluctant to order again if it takes so long for my order to get to me
Ive never been much of an earplug user — they were usually uncomfortable for me — but I love these earplugs so much! They are extremely comfortable, and I appreciate that the ese tips are customizable for size. Loop also is extremely easy to work with when it comes to customer service. One of the ear tips I had with my original pair of plugs ripped. I told Loop, and they quickly worked to send me this replacement pack free of charge. It was swift, kind, professional and all around great customer service.
For my 24 years in life, I have struggled to find someone or something to explain what sensory overload was. I have health issues galore and everyone said I was just too dang sensitive - and I am, but not because my feelings were hurt! My ears are sensitive and these have changed my life. I don't cry or feel so much pain that I can't breathe when I'm in public. I can have conversations again, I can enjoy music without the migraine that noise gives me. Thank you for making these!!! I owe my life to Loop and I will have EVERY SINGLE PAIR for EVERY experience, because my life can finally have color again!
I needed one replacement ear tip because my old one ripped after about a year's wear (I use mine to sleep). They sent me six replacement ear tips for free, plus mutes. Same colour, same size, work great, and if there's another tear, I don't have to worry, since I have more replacements. I haven't tried the mutes yet, but I can see them coming in handy for sleeping through loud neighbours in the future, since the normal Quiet noise reduction is good enough for normal household noise.
Perfect for quiet and restful sleep! I loved it so much that I already ordered the Loop Engage for use in our common workspace! Tip: Make sure to try all the ear tips for best fit. I thought I liked the Small but after the first night's sleep, I switched back to Medium and it was perfect! Can't recommend these enough - thank you!
I got Loop to help me while traveling and now I use them in a lot of different places. I've always felt very sensitive to sounds and I am bothered by high-pitch, static-y, and distracting sounds that others aren't bothered by and these really help with that. I got "experience" earplugs with the "mute" add-ons. I use them when traveling through airports and train stations, etc, to drown out the alarms, beeps, muttering of conversations, etc. It really does help! And you really can still hear, but it's just not as loud. And they're comfortable.
It took a while to get used to these but now I’m a convert. Sleeping for hours at a time is a benefit! Sometimes they hurt my ears but I think if I switch to a smaller size it may help. I tie thread to them because I lost one and that broke my heart and it hurt having to buy another pair - but I got the pink ones, with the little centre addition - and they are basically invisible and work 24/7. Yay Loops!
