Our beautiful Replica Tall Charles Eames Lounge and Ottoman is finished in American walnut with Soft Tan Italian Leather. This replica chair is hand crafted with attention to every detail. The outer shell of the chair is solid and constructed from 8-ply plywood, using alternate layers of soft and hard wood, and is rigid and precision made. A layer of genuine American Walnut is then applied to outer side to complete the stunning look. The cushions are filled with polyurethane injected foam which are covered in layers of dacron wrap. The entire lounge and ottoman are covered in Full Grain tan Italian Leather. The piping and the buttons are tufted in the same Italian leather. The base and metal components are die-cast using solid aluminium, with adjustable feet on the chair and ottoman to account for uneven floor surfaces. This version of the classic lounge and ottoman is taller and wider than the original chair produced in 1956, and will suit the taller individual, yet maintains the charm and solid construction of this iconic design.
