Purchase process as well as purchase price was quite reasonable. Delivery was as promised. The mask itself is larger than it appears to be (based on online pictures). My sleep ratings went from 80s to 99s owing to mask fit. No leaks or a significantly reduced number. No longer a need of a chin strap and an almost complete elimination of dry mouth makes this mask an instant success. That said, strapping it on takes practice and is more easily done in front of a mirror. Im still adjusting to it and will try to reduce the tension on the straps as much as possible. Having worn it for less than two weeks, I believe a positive evaluation at two months might be a better endorsement. Regardless, so far, the change to a full face mask was the right move.

Before the AirMini, traveling with CPAP was a nuisance, particularly when flying. The AirSense Mini is almost miraculously small. And the humidity discs work well - not the same as an actual humidifier with water tank, but well enough. And I LOVE that I don't have to worry about getting distilled water when I get to my destination. Another little bonus - the power brick is much smaller and lighter than the power bricks for the full-sized machines, including the ResMed AirSense 10 which is my current machine. One problem I have with the Mini is I'm not getting the same quality of therapy I get from my full-sized ResMed machine. I'm a very well-informed sleep apnea patient and I've spent hours studying every aspect of the machine and its settings. I know what I'm doing, and the therapy the Mini provides is inferior to the full-sized ResMed AirSense 10.This isn't a deal-breaker: the therapy from the Mini is definitely tolerable. But I'm accustomed to fantastic therapy from the AirSense 10.The near deal-breaker for me is the Mini's noise level. If you look at the specs, it's not much higher than the AirSense 10, which is a very quiet machine, the quietest of 4 full-sized CPAP machines I've owned over the past 15+ years. But the specs are deceiving. With other machines, the noise is coming from the actual machine, which is about 2-3 feet from my ears. With the Air Mini, the noise is coming from the hose and the connection from the hose to the mask, which is inches from my face. So it sounds a lot louder. Moreover, it's not a constant noise like a white noise machine. The Air Mini's noise rises and falls with your breathing. Basically, it magnifies the sound of your breathing by a factor of 10 or 20 or 100. The noise makes it harder for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. It also makes it harder for my wife to sleep. The "solution" is to get a noisy fan or a white noise machine and turn it up to 10.It's so bad that I now just leave it at home and travel with my AirSense 10, which is harder because I travel for work a lot and I already have the limit of carry-on items. But I have to get good sleep while I'm traveling, and the Mini just doesn't do it for me.There are other folks here who've had better experiences with the Mini. I'm truly happy for them, and there's a chance the Mini will work well for you, too.But I wrote this review so you'll know that not everyone has a great experience with it, so you can make a more informed purchase decision.Good luck.

This mask can go about 3 months before changing it before the seal doesn’t seal as good. I only use cpap cleaning spray to clean my mask daily. I don’t recommend the air touch one with the foam. The foam will harden and discolored as you use it especially if any moisture comes in contact with the foam. I’m a side sleeper and I breathe through my mouth and nose so full face mask is recommended to me the seal of the mask holds up better and the pressure of the machine plays one of the major factors and also the tightness of the mask on your face will predict how long the mask lasts. I’ve spent money on almost every mask on the market. F20 airfit last me the longest and to me you get your money worth out of the mask. Which is around 54 dollars

This is an excellent travel CPAP/APAP device. I already had 2 APAP machines. One that I used at home and one for travel. They were both full sized thought. After an 20+ hour international flight I realize that my full size machine was too large to use on a plane. This machine is wonderful. It has been my standard machine for any travel when I fly, even short flight, because it is so small. The Humidx Plus work well. It actually seems to work better at times than the humidity chamber in my large machine which at times runs out of water at night. I will still most likely use my full size machine for travel when I drive but this machine will be my standard when I fly.The only reason for not giving it 5 stars was the shipping from Sleeplay. I will still most likely use my full size machine for travel when I drive but this machine will be my standard when I fly.The only reason for not giving it 5 stars was the shipping from Sleeplay. I had issues getting is shipped. I kept on getting emails telling me to upload my prescription which I did at the very beginning of the process. Multiple phone calls I would be told they had my prescription and then I would be told they didn't. I took calling almost daily to get it shipped finally after being told many times it was shipping that day.
I've had the same machine for over 12 years. My original machine was a champ and worked great the whole time. I didn't realize how much quieter the new machines are as compared to the older ones. The AirSense 11 is super user-friendly and I love checking my score every day on my phone! I purchased the heated hose and humidifier block off since I haven't used a humidifier in many years. When I first used it as a test I wasn't sure it was even on since the ramp up of the pressure was so light and I couldn't even hear the unit.My AHI is .67 on average from the first 9 nights. When I did my test 12+ years ago, my AHI was 77.
I worried that once I needed CPAP therapy I would be burdened with bulky equipment. This travel CPAP seems a great travel alternative. It was shipped promptly and and is a very full featured little machine. I called Sleeplay twice and got immediate helpful service. I won't actually need it until next April, so I have time to get some filters, explore its features and see how quiet it is. Apparently it is a bit louder than the full size but equivalent to a whisper. That shouldn't bother other people even in a bunk room sleeping situation that usually has curtain across the bed. I have an iphone which it specifically advertises as compatible with the app, I am pleased to see that the same charger can operate on a range of input Voltage between US voltage 110V as well ... MoreI worried that once I needed CPAP therapy I would be burdened with bulky equipment. I have an iphone which it specifically advertises as compatible with the app, I am pleased to see that the same charger can operate on a range of input Voltage between US voltage 110V as well as many overseas countries 220 V. So, all one needs is a typical plug prong adapter that is commonly available for travelers wishing to plug in devices that can handle different voltage. I also bought an adaptor that will allow me to bring my existing home mask, which Medicare supplies. It only couples to the compact hose that is made for the AirMini. Sad to say that I don't have the mini hose and filters yet, but it all looks very promising.
1. The mask is somewhat uncomfortable and unpleasant to wear with the standard mask cushion. I upgraded or modified my order to a memory foam mask cushion and I would recommend the memory foam option hugely over the standard mask cushion.2. Nasal Bridge pain and redness occur from the mask, especially if it is applied too tightly for a prolonged period of time. I am having to add a gel nasal bridge device to my nose to avoid both redness and irritation which is somewhat of a disappointment. However, overall the mask is very nice and is comfortable to wear once you get used to it. On some nights, I do miss sleeping on my stomach which is impossible with this mask because the tubing terminates from the front of the mask and not on the top of the user's head. I took ... More1. On some nights, I do miss sleeping on my stomach which is impossible with this mask because the tubing terminates from the front of the mask and not on the top of the user's head. I took off a full star due to the above mentioned issues but I like the mask and will continue to use it daily. Finally, I have finally figured out that once you get the straps exactly were you want them all you have to do is detach the lower magnets and it is then very easy to remove and reapply with a near zero leak rate. I like wearing a sleep mask to block out the light as I am a 100% night shift worker and the mask is somewhat difficult to wear when also adding a face mask. In the colder months, the mask is sometimes difficult to have a sleep hat added on top of it or especially under it. I have converted to a thick hoodie as this seems to work better for me than a sleep hat. It would be nice if the mask had an included mask detach alarm because I sometimes take it off in my sleep and am not prompted to its removal. Additionally, it would be really nice if the mask had a way to add essential oils to breathe such as eucalyptus as the mask does have a plastic smell and taste to it. The smell fades daily but it is still noticeable which makes sense but it sometimes distracting.
As technology evolves most things get smaller and lighter . This 11 isn’t that much smaller than my ResMed S9. The new water chamber, your lucky if you get one night out of it if you like humidification and not wearing a mask that has the humid x system . Also the brown hose that comes with it is heavy and more rigid than the white clear hoses of past and in the mask adapters . When you are sleeping you feel the weight of the hose pulling on your face. That’s not comfortable. Just don’t understand who gave the green light on that decision . One thing I will say is it’s quiet . Not so much that it outweighs the others cons . Not thrilled with this . I might just go back to my ResMed S9 and use this as back up .
The noise from the setup with the HumidX is very loud. Tried to get support and received severalemails that suggested I use a different size mask and a replacement was on the way but nothing was shipped. I believe that the primary root cause of the loudness from this setup is the HumidX hose attachment. Asked for a replacement hose with no HumidX be swapped, but the only thing apparently available is a generic slim hose that doesn’t have the attachments needed to fit with this machine and mask. Plan on returning everything if I can’t find abetter solution soon. Purchased with the hope I could travel with a smaller CPAP on my last trip., but was so loud that I had to turn it off and tried to sleep with no CPAP at all. Willupdate my review if anything changes. ... MoreThe noise from the setup with the HumidX is very loud. The mask was delivered quickly. I've never had an issue with ordering and shipping. The good:I liked the fact that it was bigger than a nasal mask, in that it didn't feel like it was plgging my nose. For the most part it was a decent mask. It is also pretty quiet, and there isn't a lot of air blowing out. I'm not even sure where the air overflow went to.The bad:It worked well when I laid on my side. When I laid on my back, it would leak at the corners of my mouth. I even had a few times where my CPAP machine turned off because of the leaking. It didn't matter how tight I had it. The mask wasn't wide enough to fully cover my mouth when I was relaxed all the way. Neutral:You will have to adjust the bottom straps, as you will have to loosen them to take it off. Every once in a while I would accidentally disconnect the hose connection when adjusting the mask. That connection is pretty nice for cleaning though.Washing:Kind of a pain. not only will you have to take off the head gear, but you probably will want to remove the protective cloth on the upper strap. It's kind of a pain to take them off and put them back on. Maybe other people just left them on.
