These filters have no rigidity to them and deform allowing unfiltered air to bypass them. No mater how carefully I place them in my machine, as soon as the machine turns on I can see the filter fail as pictured. I never had this problem with the OEM filters. I do not recommend these.

I recently began using an Airsense 11 CPAP machine and was shocked at the price my medical equipment provider was charging for this1” x 2” piece of filter fabric. The Snugell filters are a perfect match in size. But the fabric weave is much tighter, and they are slightly thicker. In the photo attached, the manufacturer’s original filter is on the left and the Snugell filter is on the right. As no specs are provided for either filter, their effectiveness is hard to compare.

Fit as the OEM filters. There are no specs on the OEM nor on these so I can't compare.Like the OEM filters these are dust and particle filters not a true HEPA, which i dont think are needed. afterall you are breathing the same air in your bedroom and the house all day long. they are more to protect the machine than to protect you. if you want to protect you better there are hose mounted inline filters that will probably do better in efficiency.I use them as a backup to my medical provides supply, in case of delays.

There isn't a lot to say about an item like this, but I want to share the great value and quality of these Disposable Replacement CPAP Airsense 11 Filters. These seem to be exactly the same as the much more expensive filters I buy from the doctor's office, and they work just the same! I'll forever buy these going forward - or at least as long as I have this machine. I definitely recommend these!
Be very careful of what your purchase includes. There are very important options that will affect significantly operations. I.e distilled water vs. potable water tank. Also entry package is just that, a stripped down version of what you need. Be prepared to pay 1.5X to get a functioning machine. Net net, not worth upgrading from ResMed 10
These filters are exactly the same size as the filters I get from my CPAP supplier. The only difference I can see is that these are thicker than the "official" filters. However, air flows through it just as well. I've been using them for several days and haven't noticed a difference in the machine's performance. This is a great way to save money on therapy.
The filters I bought from Sleeplay would both reasonably priced, Shipped quickly and were easy to install! I have been so impressed with the team at Sleeplay (Stacy & Karina) and Sleeplay's great pricing, that I've also bought a ResMed AirMini along with the helpful it's ResMed Mount System and a tube adapter for an existing slimline hose.
I have a Resmed Air Sense 11 CPAP machine. These filters are a nice option rather than going through the medical equipment supply company. Sometimes the time and cost make getting new filters difficult. They seem comparable to the ones my med supplier gave me. All they really have to do is filter out dust and such. These fit the machine and do the job. I've been happy with them and I can get another 6 within a couple of days. I like to stay a few filters ahead anyway.
These filters are a lot thinner than the ones provided by Apria but they cover the filter slot completely and seemingly perform just as well. I've used them now for a month and not seen any noticeable difference in the quality of my sleep or the performance of my CPAP. While the thinness might indicate less filtering, whatever filtering it does is enough for me to get multiple perfect nights of sleep.
I got these to use as extras for my Airsense 11. I tend to replace the filters a bit more often than suggested so I like having extras on hand. While these aren't name brand they work just as well. My only problem was they were a smidge too big length-wise. When I say a smidge I mean maybe 2 mm too big. I didn't want to just cram it in so I just used some scissors to trim it. Took 5 seconds. It's possible I just got a slightly defective pack. 2 mm is so little but enough that it didn't lay flat. Definitely worth a try just be aware the fit may need a tweak.
