Product seems OK but not able to obtain advice regarding installation of reel onto wall. Contacted the supplier and still waiting for a response after several days. Manual supplied made no mention of how to attach bracket to wall and I am unable to separate bracket from reel so I can install bracket to wall before attaching reel. Very disappointing.

I brought this one for my new lawn area. There is nothing to complain about the product as it's very good product. I had few issues with the retractable mechanism. But it's not that bad. However, it will be fantastic if they can improve that part.

This is a good hose reel, only wish it has brass attachments as opposed to the plastic attachments.
Great item. Bought one and then decided on buying another one for a different location. Simple to use and easy to pull out and automatically it will pull the hose back in with a tug. So much better than having a hose lying around the property looking untidy and in the way when mowing etc. Wish we had purchased these years ago.
So far, so good. The bracket seems strong enough.Will see how it goes. Good value for money
