I've been riding for decades and usually wear leather or textile but occasionally wore regular jeans, which made me feel naked and not well protected. After reading about riding jeans and the improved abrasion resistance of the fabric, I decided to try the Rev'It! Lombard Threes. I normally wear 30X30 and ordered 30X32, which was perfect on the bike. The fabric is substantial but has flex. I absolutely love these jeans, I have two pairs (one in each color) they fit more on the slim side, which is perfect for my skinny self. They start out more on the stiff side, but after a couple weeks of wearing and washing they get better and better. The hip and knee armor is lovely, you barely notice that it's there and it doesn't restrict your movement at all, and the AA safety rating is a big plus. They don't flow as much air as my cheapo Scorpion jeans, but I'm able to wear them all year round in CA, I just wear a thicker base layer in the cold months. The only thing that would make these jeans better would be if they had level 2 rated armor. Great buy!

Expensive but worth it. As soon as I opened the package I could tell they are quality, heavy duty Jeans. There's a slight stretch on the waistband (thankfully) I wore them on a recent trip to Yorkshire and Northumberland. I had one day of heavy rain for around 4 hours riding. No leaks. There's hip and knee protection which unlike previous brands of biker Jeans I've owned, make you feel confident of some decent protection should the worst happen. Great to wear casually too. If you're looking at cheaper brands promising this and that, seriously consider spending the extra money on these.

I've had these for about 5 1/2 months and I've put ~4500 miles on them, riding an MT-07. They are fantastic! I'm 6'2" and 190lbs and wear 33x34 in regular jeans, so I bought these in 33x36 which fit great and don't ride up my ankles when on the bike. They're not skinny jeans, and are a little bit baggy which is comfortable when riding. Thank you Rev'It for making jeans for tall people! These Lombard 3 jeans are so much better quality, and they look great! They're a heavy cordura denim so don't expect a lot of air flow, but that said, I had no issues riding in the Georgia heat this summer.
This is my 1st pair of motorcycle jeans in over 30 years of riding. What the heck was I waiting for!? I'm regularly a 32/32 and ordered 32/34 for the motorcycle. True-to-size. Maybe a little long, but no riding up on my short boots. Surprised at how stretchy these are. Also, it's currenty 50deg in Georgia, and these w/ thermals underneath are Perfect! Maybe a little concerned w/ breathability when it hits 90 ;-) Not a fashion statement, slightly bagy Levi-look w/ wide hips from the foam. What can you do!?Thinking about buying a 2nd pair before they run out!
I ordered my regular Levi’s 541 waist size (32) and increased my leg size from 32 to 34 to make sure the pants didn’t ride up too high when seated on the bike. Ended up being perfect! I fold the pants up off the bike and keep them folded down while riding. I will say, the adjustment in the knee pad positioning is really small. I have them on the highest option and it sits in a good spot while on the bike but is a little low when walking around.
Good jeans, BUT... the shallowness of the front pockets is unacceptable. Unfortunately this is a big trend in motorcycle gear. Phones exist. We all have them. We all carry them. We need pockets for them. Make pockets big enough for them. I have to snug up my street riding boots (Alpinestar road race style) to get the cuffs over them, but it's not difficult. The pads stay in position, the jeans done bind up or stick even when sweating in 100° temps, and they do seem to flow a decent amount of air, somehow. Great option for all the protection without looking like a Moto Ninja when you’re off the bike. Relaxed fit on these is similar to any modern straight fit jeans. Mild taper without being baggy in anyway. Armor is low profile and comfy. Indigo color will bleed a little with the first couple washes. Follow fitting advice on the website and order a bit longer than your usual inseam, as they DO ride up a bit on the bike. Waist size is spot on to most of my other jeans. Very happy with these, and will most likely order another pair in the future.
