This product help me get out of my horrible nail biting biting habit. It tastes horrible so just be careful that it doesn’t get anywhere else on your fingers. It is very effective and ai definitely recommend it if you struggle with a nail biting habit.

Horrible taste...definitely stops nail biting. The only thing I don't like is having to wear gloves every time I eat as the taste comes off on food.

It's been a month since I started using it almost daily. My biting habits improved, but I'm also getting used to the taste of the nail polisher. I thought the taste would be much worse, something that I would really regret every time my hands touch my mouth. Let's see if in 2 month time my 38 years old habit is really over. :P
This one works better than any I’ve tried. My daughter absolutely hates the taste however if you try and eat anything for the rest of the day it makes all food taste bad so use utensils but definitely will prevent any fingers going in mouths!!
