Amazing Formula, Bravo Revlon

This lipstick is an amazing product. The lipstick has a creamy consistency when applied and isn’t drying, which I loved. It felt so moisturising like a lip balm but with a deep pigment that lasts. I forgot that I was wearing it, the lightweight formula is really easy to wear and I wasn’t constantly checking to make sure it was still on.The lipstick stays in place without a lipliner, which is ideal if you have lip lines or often experience bleeding, this product doesn’t migrate which was such a massive stand out to me.The pigment is really deep and strong. It feels very luxurious on the lips.This is an amazing product, Revlon has mastered the lipstick with this one product, you won’t want to buy anything else.I highly recommend this product and tell all my fellow colleagues, friends and family about it.I will purchase again and can’t wait to add more colours to my collection.

Bring back the SHINE formulas!

I can't begin to say how badly I miss the original glossy Revlon Super Lustrous lipstick SHINE formula in my favorite shade (#008 Rum Raison), and the other two great shades (#007 Glazed Mauve and #009 Toasting Glasses) . But, when they changed the tube design the buildable SHINE formula was tossed out for this semi-matte dries-to-a-cement-like formula. I started buying glossy lipsticks from CHINA over Am*z*n, where the glossy lipstick troubles of the past were dealt with by moving away from putting loose formulas in half-inch diameter tubes and embracing the use of 1/2" swivel sticks. After China began doing this, Nars followed suite (Afterglo Sensual Shine Lipstick), then It Cosmetics followed (with Pillow Lips Solid Serum). If THEY all figured how to best present shiny lipstick to customers - and came to the same conclusion (skinny sticks), you'd think Revlon and L'oréal (who got rid of their Color Riche SHINE lipstick [#904 Varnished Rosewood was another fat fav]), could figure it out. Revlon, PLEASE take the shades you used to offer as Super Lustrous SHINE and re-package them in swivel sticks, the way Nars and It have done. I loved the aforementioned three SHINY shades back. Dazzling and wearable

This is probably the best lipstick I have had the opportunity to try out in the last year.First of all, the colour is like a peachy salmon with little glittery highlights all the way through the product, making it very pretty and such a wearable colour while also providing me with that added glitz I enjoy so much.The product itself glides on and is moisturising, although I have noticed that applying too many layers can dry the lips a little. I overcome this by adding a gloss underneath the application and it sorts this problem out. Although not the most durable lipstick, I really dont mind reapplying through the day. Holy Grail

I kept seeing ads on YT for "iconic" Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick. I shopped online searching for the perfect nude- my usual go to (I wanted to Try "After Glow") however at my local drug store when After Glow was sold out, I stumbled upon an unlikely suspect, "Softsilver Red." This is now the holy grail for me. This shade is neither too red or too pink, its not too orange or coral, however is the perfect daytime/office appropriate bold lip. It is somehow just the right flush of color that appears neutral in undertone as I have mentioned its not "too anything" also its neither overly warm or overly cool. This works for me because I have light neutral skin with dark brown hair and gray eyes. I get endless compliments on this shade. At $10, it could seriously compete with your favorite designer or upscale beauty product.

Hydrating and high pigment

I tried the Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Wild Saffron. This is a vibrant red colour that is really fun and perfect for a night out. I found the lipstick very hydrating and the Creme formula left a very natural sheen to my lips without any glitter or reflective pearls. This worked best for me with a lip primer underneath and concealer around the lip line to prevent any product bleed. Because the colour is so vibrant it is also a bit more high maintainence so I did have to reapply lightly after eating or drinking. The packaging is classic Revlon, very sleek and elegant. I have a number of revlon lipsticks in a more natural colour so this is the first very vibrant shade. I really enjoyed wearing this. I am not a lip liner user for neutral shades generally, and as such am relieved to find the lipstick shaper to easily define the lips. The quick dry down ensures little to no transfer, especially on drinking cups etc. The convenience of just quickly swiping on and heading out the door is perfect, and exactly what i look for in lip products.I have already recommended this to my family and friends, who have noticed this new lip shade in my repertoire- and WILL be repurchasing when this I finish the tube.
