You need glitter glue to lock this in place. Really. I'm not exaggerating. The So Dope Palette focuses on light blues and greens and I've been able to create some awesome looks with a lot less fallout than I had with this palette. It's still not the best palette for work but I think it's a better product than Forever Flawless. Both have a weed theme. I got cute looks out of both palettes but overall, the So Dope palette has surprisingly turned out to be the one I reach for the most.

I can't find a good base color or transition color. And those matte shades are so hard to work with. None of them is easy to blend. Some shimmer are fine in terms of the price. But I am sure you wouldn't be able to recognize it when you look at the actual palette. Save your money, go to choose another palette or another brand.

With most palletes, you just apply the pigment no problem after applying a primer. but this palette has a learning curve and I was trying to understand why there was a bright white color in a pallette full of rainbow colors. I figured out, it makes all the colors pop using the cockatoo first. so, I hope this helps somebody. I was about to take the pallete back until I realized I was using it incorrectly. Lots of fun beautiful colors to play with, blends Great and the colors are buttery smooth. Give it a chance before u return it. Lol.

Colors completely different in the pan than on skin
21 June 2022

I got the Birds of Paradise palette, amd the colors are beautiful, but they look completely different on your eyes than they do in the pan. The metallic green reads yellow. The purple at the bottom left looks completely pink. Even the lighter matte orange reads gold. The colors are still beautiful when applied, but it's annoying that I have to remember what they'll actually look like on my eyes before picking colors. It isn't even lighting. Whether using the light from my mirror, the lights in my home, sunlight, or flourescent lights, the colors look nothing like what's in the pans in the palette.

Nice blending options!
26 March 2021

I bought this product for the vibrant cold color options, which is hard to find in large portions that aren't simply screaming circus blue. Having fair skin, there's a fine balance between adding some colors or looking like a middle schooler trying makeup for the first time. I've had this pallet for a week and have used it daily, switching up color combinations. Using a medium lighter color as the base, a brown or color in the far corners, and a shimmering light shade as a highlight over the middle and inner corner is a good look for a lot of these colors together. The colors apply with better contrast when the brush is wet.If you don't use a finishing spray, it'll start shedding onto your cheekbones. So Much Glitter and Shadow Fallout
11 May 2021

I bought the "Birds of Paradise" palette and was super excited to experiment with it because the color scheme seemed fun enough. However, I was very disappointed when it came to the actual application of the product. The pigmentation on this palette is not that great, especially if you're of a tanner skin tone. I had to apply the shadow a couple of times in order to notice a color, but that resulted in fallout that wasn't easy to clean. Along with that, the glitter fallout is unbelievable. I could not apply a glitter shade without it getting everywhere and not staying where I wanted it to, despite using a good primer. It created a giant mess, and I could not do eyeliner or add anything to my look because I know the glitter would make things messier.

Super Cute, love the CBD in it and click closure
24 January 2022

Felt pretty heavy, love the metal casing and how it clicks to close. The colors are buildable on the mattes/lighter hues. The glitter ones go on better with your fingertip. The darker shades packed such a punch, I barely needed any to shade and blend out. I also thought it was super cool to have a make-up product containing CBD. Loved the pot leaf embossing. I'd recommend to anyone liking the colors or on the fence about it. Pretty case with a good-sized mirror adjacent to the palette. Haven't used all the colors, yet, tried about half so far.

The quality and vibrancy, WOW!
8 May 2023

Just started using make up revolution palettes and all i can say is, WOW! The price point, The quality of the packaging is top notch, better than most of my high end and the color stories in each are so pretty & pair nicely. The blend : blend -in to one another so smoothly. Nothing was patchy, streaky, nothing. Since using my 1st palette, i've purchased 3 more, 1 for a friend & 2 more for me!

I have warm green eyes, with a golden ring around the iris. I also have fair skin with neutral undertones, and light brown copper hair. I was looking for a warm green based makeup palette and happy I stumbled across this little beauty. I love the glitters, shimmers, and mattes in this palette. The shadows included are all highly pigmented, silky to the touch, blend easily, and do not crease! I also love how this palette comes in a metal case, with a mirror. It's perfect for travel and highly versatile, you can create many looks here. I recommend this palette, great quality at a low price point. win-win!! pick your style, buy this... you won't regret it!

the canary (yellow), (orange), (Tiffany's blue), and two green shades were okay. all creased and were patchy, but if worn as liner or for photos they were worth the $$$. what takes massive points off is the pink which is so sad. I tried both the pink and the pink glitter and after removing it, realized it stained my skin. next day, my eyes are swollen and still pink. I don't have sensitive skin and have not reacted this way to any makeup before :( now I'm afraid to use the purple shades !
