The crew at the off grid collective were great, the califont arrived well packed and in perfect condition. My only minor criticism is that they had run out of courier tickets and we're a little slow at shipping. But they responded to my query immediately and were great. I would definitely use them again.

Thank you for the service of click and collect in our isolated area for the new HWS which is perfect for our system and much better than the previous 12 litre unit when the water temperature gets cold.While it requires an electric 240v ignition,than the previous strike ignition,you can be sure that it will start each time.
