For best results, Rhinocort should be used regularly to keep hayfever and allergy symptoms under control. Using Rhinocort 1-2 days prior to exposure to pollen and allergens can help prevent symptoms from occurring. Once your allergy symptoms improve, gradually reduce the number of sprays to the lowest number that controls your symptoms. Age Use for How often 12 years and over Seasonal allergic rhinitis (Hayfever) Apply four sprays in each nostril daily either all in the morning or two sprays into each nostril in the morning and evening.
