The olives are harvested during peak ripeness, then cold-pressed and bottled immediately on our farm in Yarrawonga, Victoria. Smooth, buttery, and rich in flavour and colour, with aromas of freshly-cut grass, crisp fruit, and a lingering peppery finish. ENJOY IT Drizzle over salads, soup or steamed greens.
