We bought this on Saturday August 3. My wife loves red and needed a suitcase. This one was recommended as the best by your salesman. So I bought it for her nothing but the best for her!

The standard code 000 was not working so i have to force it to unlock and damage the lock. I havent change the code yet. I called rimowa to fix it. They still checking if its fixable

It's light and looks good, I’m disappointed it doesn't have any inner pockets.
Received luggage with bunch of scratches. Quality control should be better before shipped to customer. Item returned.

this bag has been amazing. it is super lightweight and fits in the overhead bin on flights, but it fits a lot. it’s made very well and is easy to get around on a trip.
