Really happy with the Rinnai system. It cools a large, open plan living room/kitchen easily, and the dry mode has been great in the humid weather. I haven’t tried the WiFi/remote connectivity yet, but it could come in handy. That said, the unit cools the space almost instantly. Gone are the days of setting our old unit to 16 and hoping for some relief. We haven’t gone below 22.5 on this one yet.

I bought this aircon for a large open living area that feeds into another room. It cools the main room quickly and effectively and there is a nice cool flow through into the other room.
Really good unit. Extra cold in summer (haven't used in winter yet) and really light on the power consumption. Highly recommend. HN had the unit delivered super fast!

Great splits have a 3.5 kw I bought from Harvey Norman 4 yrs old still sgoing strong ,built for extreme conditions , hasn't let me down ,can't go wrong with these cheers đź‘Ť
The airconditioner works fantastic but the heater fan makes very load scary noises sometimes and seems difficult to reach rinnai for help and expensive to service.
Bought this in a hurry and found this as this is the most affordable from the all options. Sleek looking. When i tried it, reasonably quiet. only found later it has efficient use of electricity which is a bonus.
Unit will not turn on or off sometimes, needs 2-3 presses and sometimes comes on without notice, you can see the remote and the unit get the presses from the green light etc. yet still needs the extra presses We have 3 other Mitsubishi units and they are 100% brilliant. Will never buy Rinnai again. Good as landfill only.
