Has good features such as timer, thermostat and even heat. I use with the castors. Better castors than my previous heater. Easier to push than my previous heater. The burn off odour takes a lot longer than my previous heater and you need to ventilate your home. Could improve on this and adding a handle bar for using with castors.

I purchased this Heater for a customer to replace a much more expensive heater that was no longer working. The customer was more than happy with looks / function and cost. I have used "Appliances Online" on a number of occasions for for quite different appliances and their service and competitive prices have never been disappointed.

This pocket rocket heats up in a jiffy. It can warm up a small-medium very quickly. Its unobtrusive and tucks up nicely against a wall. It has very basic timer offerings which allow you to set the times it is on or off, unfortunately you cant set days of the week. It doesnt have a fan either which might give it a boost but for our purposes this heater is a great option.
Product works very well. This is the 2nd one we have bought for another part of the house. Box was intact but the item was bent on the bottom so I cannot screw the foot on properly. I either put up and shut up or do the long drive back to The Good Guys. I was really disappointed with this as everything seems a bit average nowadays and typical that it is not in good order.
This is quite simply the worst purchase I have made. I explained that I had a large room with high ceilings and lots of glazing. The staff on the floor informed me that the 1800 watt was more than adequate but I opted for the more powerful 2200 watt model just to be sure. The heat cannot be felt from further than 1 metre away - I can comfortably leave my hand sitting on top of this without any discomfort. Rinnai should be ashamed to call this thing a heater. 2200 watts - a hair dryer is 1800 and would heat a room quicker and cheaper. Absolutely terrible.
Pathetic, should be taken off the market, brought it home plugged in set to hottest. Waited about 6 hours got another blanket, returned it and got my money back. I was trying to see how far technology had gone here. When they make an electric heater work as good as the Rinnai Gas electric convection. I would love to know and will give it a try.
Only form of heating in rental. Heats large open lounge dining kitchen area reasonably well. Not warm & toasty but ok. Small manufacturers error in production made it impossible to put one end wheels/feet on but nothing that a couple of tools and some handyman work didnt fix. Think an older person would have returned it to store. No noise at all during operation.
heater 2 was easy to assemble and operate. The Good Guys replaced heater 1 as one of the castors lock was broken when unpacked and one side of the metalwork where the foot went was very distorted - both quality control issues for Rinnai! All previous products of this brand have been exceptional. heater 2 is likewise. It works well and is reliable.
Only purchased due to dumb isolation rules in vic and our central heating needed repair. It was good just to take the chilli out of room we still need to sit under blankets. Now the central heating is fix this one is tucked away
