People tend to want the darker colour, light khaki is absolutely gorgeous. Excellent material, great fit.

I ordered the Rip Curl Global Entry Boardwalk Shorts in size 32 and Dark Khaki colour. I am normally a size 32. I had to return the shorts because they were too loose around my waist. I did put a measuring tape on the waist band of the Global Entry Boardwalk Shorts and another size 32 shorts. Both were the same size. The Global Entry Boardwalk Shorts were wider in the hip area compared to my other shorts. I think a size 31 would fit better. Other than the size problem, I think the Global Entry Boardwalk Shorts have a lot of great features for in and out of the water. The Dark Khaki is also a nice colour. I like all of the pockets. The zippered pockets would have been great for traveling. I could fit an Iphone 8 into the zippered pockets.

Nice and light for summer. More of a fitted look but fit my son perfectly (slim size 32).

Perfect length at 18 inches and the zipper slash pockets are a nice touch.
They really look and feel great as light casual shorts, great for travel or just everyday use, especially on warm days because of they light quick dry fabric. They have many zippered pockets. AND they also are good swimming trunks. Why did nobody think of that before. I bought 2 pairs. I usually order 32, 33, and sometimes 34 waist for shorts and pants. The 32 fits be best with the shorts
Bought as a gift. They are light and breathable but also feel like they are good quality and will hold up to a good amount of use.
