Love this game, perfect for long rainy afternoons and you dont know what to do with your friends. It is not necessary to be a GoT-Fan (especially with those last two seasons right?) to enjoy it.When I contacted the customer service the reaction was fast and the express delivery was swift as well. Definitely a recommendation!

The game I ordered is very good. Though it did come damaged, the edge of the box was torn and again I am very disappointed in this kind of treatment and this service and the store as a whole. The product itself is very fun to play, I just recommend buying from a different store.

This was bought as a Christmas presentSlightly more detailed than Risk but it was good fun once we knew what we were doingLittle bit pricey but competitive price on this website
Bought as a gift and played it myself. Amazing game, amazing product quality and detailing. The game can go on for quite a while but it's an amazing while. Would definitely recommend it.
OK.. I was new to the whole "Risk" stable, but knew a lot of fans, had tried the other GoT board game (with its obligatory expansions) and wanted something simpler. This fitted the bill. The rules are simple to learn, but likely harder to master - which is good. The games played thus far have been satisfying and challenging (though some House Rules" will be necessary in a couple of cases where it feels more playtesting might have been useful). The playing pieces are excellent - but there do not seem to be enough single armies to fulfill at least one objective (?). I will have to invest in some proxies, but this shouldn't be necessary. A Victory Point marker token on one of the die-cut token panels (rather than having to use a player piece) wouldn't have broken the bank..... The map seemed dull-looking at first, but grew on one, and works. It could be brighter and prettier, but that's a taste thing. However, the "hinges" on the board don't feel like they will last long (unlike the cloth-backed hinges of boards games of +50 years old in my collection). The cards are also somewhat dull-looking - and of flimsy card which marks, bends and scuffs easily. I've had better, cheap, customised cards made for me by online companies, so felt this was, again, spoiling the ship for a ha'porth of tar. The "special units" would have been better as pieces, rather than just dull tokens (the rules covering these are simple enough). I will be getting proxies for these. I felt the game objectives could have been more GoT "chromed" and less generic/bean counting, and that a few more GoT character cards (no more than two or three a side) would have helped lift things and add variety. Overall I am happy with the game mechanics, packaging and the plastic playing pieces. However, the other elements feel as if there has been some penny-pinching (for a quite expensive game) which, while understandable commercially, spoils what would otherwise be a fine product.
A heavy box suggested the 60 might be worthwhile. The maps offer a large game but annoyingly the borders are not that clear so movement requires a consensus. Other than that this is a more complicated and more rewarding game than the basic Risk game akin to the Lord of the Rings version. Conclusion is a good game but not worth the price.
At 50 years old, suffice it to say that I've had my share of board games experience... Risk GOT DELUXE Edition is, BY FAR, the best (check, that), the ULTIMATE strategy game ever played. I'd gladly pay double the price for it! Worth every penny!
Our first attempt at risk, loved the game of thrones theme with the counters and 2 area maps. Haven't progressed to try Dominion version with maester cards and the coins yet but seems like when we get quicker at the game will be interesting. Different every time you play with different people.
