Just a remedial treatment like the over the counter version although its a pharmacy medicine. Eases a bit but this isn't the cure for chesty cough. Guaifenesin & Bromhexine hydrochloride both increases and thins the production of phlegm reducing viscosity to expel through coughing or sneezing. .

This product not only tastes terrible but does absolutely nothing. Very disappointing
This is by far and away the best anti-cough serum Ive ever had actually work. You cant get it in the U.S. I discovered it in New Zealand while on a cruise. It saved my cruise!
