This compact robot vacuum is certainly convenient, but it does come with a few drawbacks. Our two-storey home has a combination of carpets and tiles, and while the vacuuming function works well, we've noticed that the mop feature isn't as effective. We often find ourselves having to manually clean certain spots that the robot missed. Additionally, the charging time is quite lengthy, and we're unable to complete a full clean of the downstairs area on a single charge. The robot returns to its charging dock and can take several hours to reach a 100% charge before it can resume cleaning.

The Roborock S6 MaxV was the overall best choice for our home; however, it was expensive. We chose to purchase a refurbished model through eBay. For a quick clean it is great. If used regularly you will have less to collect and therefore it becomes easier to use. The mop cloth does require clean halfway so better to get some spare mops handy. I use two, one each for half of the house. I tried using it every second day. Love the mapping option and how you can select which rooms are mopped or vacuumed or both and the strength. My house has vinyl, carpet and tiles and the vacuum works great in any of the areas. The only thing I feel it struggles a little bit is with the carpet under my dining table, maybe it is too thick. Other than that works perfectly in any other area. It takes a photo of the area where it may have struggled to vacuum so you get that report at the end of the cleaning, so you can see if it ... Worth every penny. Great mapping and easy to use app. Circles around table and bed legs. Despite my long hair and my golden retriever fur the brushes haven’t been tangled and the little hair that does get wrapped around can be easily removed with the supplied cutter - a very thoughtful addition! It has a good go at getting over raised surfaces, I was very surprised to see it go over the legs of my kitchen stools and clean underneath them. I LOVE the lined cleaning rather than the bounce cleaning, so much more efficient and precise. This is my first robovac and I’ve recommended it to everyone so far.

I'm not dumping entirely on roborock but this product is 100% not ready to be pushed out to customers.
