My daughter finds these shoes very comfortable, but after 3 months, the sole began to split right across the bottom where the toes bend. The same thing happened on her previous pair of the same shoe (smaller size), so it looks like a design flaw. Will be trying a different brand next time.

These are the perfect school shoes if you live in a cold and wet climate. I get a new pair for my son every year only because he grows out of them. My son can run all day in them and they are very comfortable.

I am happy with my products but it was an absolute ordeal to receive them. It took weeks and I did not receive correspondence on the lengthy delays resulting in me having to create a paypal dispute after three weeks and then escalating that to a claim level before action was taken by Brandhouse Direct. I had three requests for a refund completely ignored and my order was then dispatched despite these repeated requests for it to now be cancelled. I have seriously not had such an infuriating customer service experience hence my reason for writing a review. The products are great and my following exchange process was well handled but I'm too burnt from the overall experience to consider ever shopping at this site again.
Love these boots, although they only seem to last 9months or so of simply walking on them. The soles come away from the toes.However, still a pretty solid, and comfy shoe according to my son.
Kid is going hard on this pair of boots and loving them. A great choice for an active kid that hasn’t mastered laces.
Comfy boot and looks great. Bit tight at first and was worried I had bought a size too small but after a few days of wearing them they fit better. Walked around in them all day at work and my feet weren’t sore. They seem pretty sturdy and I’m heavy on shoes. Probably going to buy some for the kids too

Very comfortable, long lasting with proper care, high quality leather, great shape. This is my son' second pair- he has outgrown the first one. For him these are boots for every occassion- hard to convince him to wear something different.
We brought these boots for school after our son came home with wet feet after a rainy day. We have had some rainy days after getting the boots and he now has dry feet! He is very happy with his new boots.
