Perfect size for my daughter. However one of the metal pieces that attaches the handle to the suitcase was not installed probably. There is a sharp point on it which my daughter sliced her finger on today. Completely unacceptable and there's absolutely no way to contact the company that makes it. I would never purchase Rockland again.

I actually purchased this for my grandson. He's only two and really doesn't need luggage but he has gotten it in his head that he needs a suitcase and this was the perfect item. My daughter and son-in-law can use it when they travel to pack his things for just him. The carry bag can be used to pack his toys when he goes to daycare or the park or just to play pretend in the house.He seemed to be enjoy it and was very very excited when it went to him and it was his package only.If it stands up to the trials and tribulations of a very active happy 2-year-old, I will update this and express how much more durable it is.

So many warnings from travelers regarding inaccurate sizing from online stores and descriptions that I was expecting a nightmare. What a pleasant surprise! Not only are the sizes exactly as needed for International Travel but everything is perfection: zippers run beautifully, telescoping handle extends superbly, light weight, finished beautifully. I only travel with carry on luggage and happy to know I am able to continue doing so.

I bought this for a 7 yo. Overall this is a cute set and the quality of the suit case is better than others I've seen from Amazon or Walmart. However the cross body bag is a problem. The way it is designed, is very poorly. The straps are attached to the bag in a way that the bag itself keeps spinning to a sideways or an upside down position when worn (video included). This was especially difficult as we had to move around quite a bit in the airports when we traveled. If this can be overlooked or solved i would still recommend it as it was overall a good set.
I have had the carry-on for well over a year now. I travel for work so I am typically traveling twice a month, each time about 3-4 days. This is a spacious carry-on as I can pack wedges and the clothes for the week.When getting a carry-on, you get the most space by getting a soft, 2 wheeled luggage.The one “downside” I got the grey suitcase with orange zippers- it looks extremely cheap.
I bought 6 sets of this luggage (one foreachofy teenage grandkids). I also ordered luggage tags that fit each personality. The color choices are abundant, from a wild zebra print to sofisticated black and several in-between. Perfect for a flight to Grandpa and Grandma's house! The price was excellent and the quality great for the price!

I originally bought the set bc my husband & I needed sumthin small as a carry on for our trip to Morocco. What I thought was gonna be cheap was actually a really good set. It was durable enough 2 withstand a lot of traveling. If anything happens to this set we will be purchasing another set I love it. I will be using this set quite often & amazing if u roll ur clothes correctly it will hold a lot. I really love the handbag that came with it as well. No issues thus far.
Terrible product! The zipper stitching was not even connected to the top of the suitcase. It had a gaping hole half way across the bottom to half way up the side. How did this product ever pass inspection or quality control? Target, you should scrutinize your outside vendors more closely! Photos were sent to Target.

Upon un-boxing, the tag read that the set is actually a $50 value, so you know you're getting a deal.The set is VERY lightweight, I think it said 4.4 lbs on the box. So with most airline restrictions, that gives you about 18 lbs of stuff to pack in. I was surprised at how much I could fit! In the satchel I was able to pack a book, a separate small purse and wallet to carry on vacation, a pair of shoes, a change of clothes, two skeins of yarn so I could crochet, two phones, my camera, chargers, and my iPod -- WOW! In the front zippered pocket I was able to fit my makeup bag, passport, itinerary, and boarding passes without anything getting bent. Very impressed with this! Checking baggage is overrated unless you're away for a long time - if this set happens to wear out I wouldn't mind spending $37 again since it's literally the perfect size!
