I record interviews and youtube videos, this little lavalier has massively improved my vocal audio quality. It's quite flat sounding, making it easy to mix with. Other mics hype the low / high end and make for noisy recordings. I can keep my audio recording level at 1 and get enough level out of this mic to use for anything, keeping my noise floor substantially lower than ever before, without needing post-processing.

This product sounds great. Very balanced and captures the mid lows that most don?t get with out being muffled. It is better than most mics for this price . Also the wind screen design is great! It DOES NOT fall off at all.

While the Rode Wireless GO clip on microphone is an excellent choice, having this extra Lavalier Microphone takes recording video up a notch. it did take a bit of getting used to as it picks up sound very well. having the choice of white also helped hide it too.

Clear, neutral sound that's easy to mix, SUPER low noise on my SONy A7iii. Way better than any shotgun mic situation I've used.
Looking around for inexpensive but good quality lav mics for video podcasts, I stumbled across Rode Lavalier GO by accident, initially. But the price was good enough I had to try one. The results were good enough that I ended up with four -- two white, two black -- so I can more closely match the color of whatever our hosts and guests are wearing. Maybe it's because we're using them in a studio setting, but all I've experienced with them is good vocal sound with plenty of clarity and no noise. (We connect them to our console with the Rode VXLR Pro adapter.) Unbeatable for the price.
Does well to isolate voice and omit background. In a noisy environment there may be more background but for an omnidirectional mic it's fine. I like Rode's choice in developing this in white which helps to blend with lighter clothing. The mic comes in it's own pouch to safeguard it when packed. I'm just a fan of the Wireless GO system. So easy to put into operation and works without a hitch.
Decent microphone. Works with the GO II great. I use it for weddings. Putting a mic on the bride is so hard with the white dress. This, you can't even see it (which the girls really appreciate) For one instance, I was able to pick up both the bride and the groom on this mic. He was a quiet guy, and though he had a mic on as well, I was able to boost him a little with the second audio feed. Loved that I had both of them wired up!
We haven't used these in the 'real world' yet, but tests with our Zoom mics (H1, H2, etc) all turn out great! I wish the mini-jack connector had a 90 degree bend in it... but that's nit-picking. I found some good 90 degree adapters for that. These will be great when we ever have to mic a bride or someone with light colored clothing on.
We love white or any soothing lite colour pink blue green. We hate black. black is unholy. we cannot use it for good or religious things. white is related to sinful things. majority of mics are black that is why 99 pc of the things said goes wrong.. but thanks to your company we found this WHITE colour mic and we brought it and to tell you we sent it to Srilanka infact to do powerful Spiritual healing purposes. So the GODs who help us will sure to help your company prosper because of the power of the White mic.
Big fan of quality white lav mics? Buy this one. It's important to hide lavs on brides well, but things move. And a white mic is necessary to be as indiscreet as possible. Obviously it's high quality sound as well.
